I was walking around with my baby on the weekend and accidentally saw the Castle Hotel. My baby was so noisy that I wanted to stay there, so I placed a temporary order with Ctrip. The hotel is good. Except for the small window that cannot be opened, other facilities are good. There is a lot of hot water and the mattress is OK. Hygiene is okay. In terms of service: Since there are relatively few service staff in the hotel, the young man at the front desk who received us and the salesperson on duty that day both added a lot to the hotel. The whole process of checking in and getting a parking ticket was a very poor experience. 1. I checked in first and asked for two room cards. I was told that I needed two ID cards to get two room cards (I have never heard this requirement in other hotels).
