"Front Entry to hotel was up a steep flight of stairs, no one was there to help carry luggage and my suitcase was heavy. Not a happy customer to start!
Very tiny reception area at top of stairs.pleasant staff but only one room was ready at check in time. We managed to survive until 5pm by checking out the variety of restaurants in the area.
This is a good central location.
Breakfast was good, self service buffet & hot food, service varied. Very pleasant staff.
Bedroom was oddly shaped, shower looked good but was difficult to work. Adequate wardrobe space ; I just wish modern hotels provided more drawers.
Not the best Indigo hotel I’ve stayed in but generally a reliable chain of hotels."
