Location is very nice because it is near the Denizli bus station.Service is also good and breakfast is excellent 🫶

I love the view from the balcony of my room. The room is quite large but facilities can be improved. The hotel is very nicely located..near train station and bus station. So I can take one day trip to pamukkale very easily. I LOVE THE FOOD! THE FOOD IS TASTY AND ABUNDANT.

Hiera City Hotel exceeded my expectations! The modern design and comfortable rooms made for a relaxing stay. To find this hotel exit the bus station turn left then left again room was spacious and clean friendly staff and a good breakfast comes with the very reasonable price 👍

Well, Hiera city hotel, I'm highly recommend that you guy better don't choose this bad condition hotel, I never met such very bad hotel in my life, first, about cleaning and environment in bedroom, everywhere is in damage, no repair, you can see electricity wire is not fix well inside cable or inside wall.and don't expect the house keeping will come to clean up your room daily, even you have order for cleaning room. They might respond after more than three hours later, nobody is on polite manner. The breakfast is very simple. You can't imagine there have a pot. But it is empty. . and I had happening no electric power supply in mid night, it's happened almost everyday. Please imagine no light, no heater in cold winter .

Breakfast was good and the place is really near from the otogar but the room was dirty and smell smoked even though i selected the non smoked room. And the smell of water was not good

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. The problem is not the oldness, but the dirtiness.. I didn't want to touch anything in the room... Don't go. It's not strange if the elevator stops at any time.

The hotel is very old. It was not cleaned, so it was disappointing despite the friendly staff. There was dust on the floor. ㅜㅜ The key was not familiar, so it was a bit difficult. There are places to eat and a small mart if you walk a little.

It was very close to Denizli Otogar and was easy to use. The amenities were also great and I'm glad I stayed there.
