We enjoyed staying at the Napa Otel. Located near the train and bus stations, we were able to enjoy shopping and eating in town while making a day trip to Pamukkale/ Hierapolis. The buffet breakfast was very good, lots of variety and always well stocked.The room itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The air conditioner worked was great, and the wi-fi worked uninterruptedly. It we were back in Denizli, we would stay again. Tip: you can take a dolmos bus from the bus station. Bay no. 76. Great way to get to Pamukkale. Go in and out from the north gate. There is a pick-up from South Gate, but you have to walk through town. Better to double it through Hierapolis.

The staff with roses face, clean and elegantly decorated rooms, a beautiful breakfast buffet, the convenient priced and tasty fix menu for the evening ... We were very happy. The only thing we missed was that there was no garderobe. Thank you for the Turkish coffee that was served during the checkout.

Last minute reservations were made at the hotel. It was our first time to this area as tourists. We were driving to Pamakule and got the incorrect impression from ******* that the hotel is minutes from Pamakule and great choice for tourists. Unfortunately, it is not and next day it took us around 45 minutes to get to Pamakule. Pros: business hotel with a comfortable and great room, breakfast, customer service and comfortable accommodations. Room was well equipped and comes with in room coffee, safe, good size and clean bathroom along with two bottles of water. I had best sleep in that bed. Great customer service from the person who takes care of guests upon arrival and takes you to your room but average from reception. Free covered parking. Cons: hotel does not have a restaurant and we were too tired to venture out although it was only 7 or 8 pm, the area looked deserted. There was a lot of traffic but t was hard to get to the hotel using google directions. Luckily we had some snacks to munch so we survived. Hotel is in a commercial looking area so was quite dark outside and it was raining so we couldn’t find places to eat. It is far from the tourist attractions and hotel staff had no tours, brochures or information to help us next day as they deal with business people per them. Room was very hot so we can only sleep with heating off and windows open with my handy travel fan. I do not recommend for fun but great if you have business in the area.

The location of the hotel is generally not self-driving. It is not recommended to stay here. It is about 16 kilometers away from Pamukkale, but it is close to the main road. It is convenient to park. The hotel is free to help upgrade the room type.

A great hotel, modern, beautiful. Near Denisley Central Station. Stopped here for one night for a trip to Pamukcala. The room is clean. The gel for the soul was remembered - a very pleasant aroma (= After Pamukkale returned late when the hotel restaurant was already closed. Betul deniz the best of all staff. Number one, always attentive to any need we had, always smiling and the best attention I had in all Turkey was with her, always with a smile, from the restaurant I knew we were taking my mom and I and he was charged to siemore We had wine on the table.

The hotel rooms were clean and regular as shown in the photos. The staff was very interested, but the vehicle noise was very much due to the hotel's nearby location. The open buffet breakfast was enough and clean.

Breakfast is a serving, a boiled egg on a wooden board, salad, ham and fries, a cup of drink is OK. All are very good. What is environmental sanitation? But the check-out actually received our room rate several times. Later it was solved but it was a bit uncomfortable!
