The location is close to Batu and Malang. Suitable for families

When we entered the room, there were no chairs available. Ask to be provided with chairs, prayer mats and hotel slippers. It took almost 1 hour to fulfill the request. The second day, the receptionist called to see if the room had been cleaned, because we were still in the room while other rooms were being cleaned. It was said that you just need to change the towel, add coffee & sugar, and just clean the trash can. It turned out that until the afternoon no officers came. When leaving in the afternoon, the request was conveyed to the receptionist again, then the request was carried out.

Strategic location, room cleanliness is lacking and employee service is also lacking

Staying on the 8th floor is quite pleasant with views of the surrounding mountainous landscape. But unfortunately, the hot water for bathing didn't feel good. The water still feels cold.

Kamar bersih, staff ramah, pemandangan bagus, kolam renang bersih, cuma sedikit yg kurang air panas nggak 24 jam... pagi nggak seberapa panas, sore baru bs lancar panas. Lainnya oke sih...
