Great place and great location. Spacious,clean,easy to locate, room is next door to landlord so if you need something just ask. It's true that overall place is not ready for international travellers but this is how china works, as long as you remember about bringing your own adapters you are good-there are usb outlets in every room, use online translator to communicate with landlord. It may not be clear from the pictures but the room has only microwave not a stove, that works like charm but keep that in mind. I especially liked smart toilet lid, believe me you'll fall in love with it too. Surroundings are great too, it's across the street from Venice, 500m to nearest metro station, there's convenience store just across the same building. Place comes highly recommended, will definitely stay here next time I'm in Dalian

It wasn't that clean but it was okay.The service was bad.They didn't changed the bedsheets for 5days even though I asked them to.But it got a good price for staying there with a family who has a lots of members or groups.

It’s difficult to find unless someone helped guiding you here. The room was nice, the view was quite good. Not many restaurant in the area. Staff can not speak English. Front desk looked grumpy with a cat running around.
