Beautiful hotel with very personal service. Really love the breakfast and afternoon tea. Excellent hotel. Good location to ancient city Dali. Recommended.

Just spent a wonderful five nights at the Anyu Hotel in Dali in November, this beautifully appointed boutique hotel was so charming. From the warm lights, to the rich hardwood floors, ceilings, and furniture to all the thoughtful accents in the room and common areas, it felt like a charming and cozy home away from home. Hotel location is fantastic, just steps away from the Dali Ancient Town, so everything from cafes, top restaurants, pharmacies, markets, bars, and hundreds of other stores and outdoor vendors are just a 2-10 minute walk away, no need to sit in traffic or call a car to get around. Bed and pillows very comfortable, showerhead very powerful so makes for a very luxurious shower. However, the best thing about the hotel is their warm and caring staff. Nancy, one of the cleaning staff, was always super helpful and attentive and delightful to chat with, and was also kind enough to give us some great recommendations on places to visit which we ended up enjoying very much. Anna was also very nice to interact with, her gentle and pleasant demeanor and thoughtful words always made it a pleasure to see her. Candy was wonderful as well, always making sure we were attended to and ended up making some great recommendations on places to eat nearby. Her warm smile and kind demeanor will be remembered. Finally, it was Vivian who we owe a deep debt of gratitude to. On the first day, my 84-year old Mom came down with an illness which included all sorts of symptoms. Vivian went out of her way to call a car and she accompanied us to the nearest hospital where she helped us fill out all the necessary paperwork and stayed by Mom's side for over an hour as we waited to see a doctor. Medication was prescribed and she called another car to take us back to the hotel while she went to a nearby pharmacy to pick up the medication for us which she then brought back to the hotel. By then it was well into the night and she had even taken us to the hospital when she was already off work, so this was all on her own time. My Mom ended up making a recovery in large part to Vivian's quick and incredibly kind actions. She really went above and beyond and we are just so grateful to her and Anyu Hotel for helping to save my Mom. Vivian was also an absolute pleasure to talk to as she always came over to greet us and chat everyday during our stay. Her warm smile, cheerful disposition, and charismatic yet humble personality always made every interaction a real pleasure. The hospitality we experienced from her will never be forgotten and feel very fortunate to have met someone with such a kind heart and also very high EQ and dedication. We know if we had stayed at a different hotel there is no way we would have experienced this level of hospitality so we are deeply appreciative for Vivian and the entire staff at Anyu for making our trip one that won't be forgotten.

Had an amazing stay. Great service - after check in staff will recognize you from then. Wasn’t a typical five star hotel, it feels much more like home, offering a unique, cozy atmosphere. The hotel itself has a lovely local style and is incredibly peaceful. It’s located a bit deeper into the old town, so you’ll need to walk a few steps to get there, but they’ll gladly come out to assist you. (VIVIAN was exceptionally nice and introduced me to some great local eateries and places to visit. She was always ready to accommodate my needs in the best way possible)

This is my second time in Dali. This time I chose to stay at Dali Anyu Hotel Chain, and the experience was perfect. The hotel is located in the ancient city. At nine o'clock in the morning, the ancient city is sunny and gentle, and parking is available at the door of the hotel. The convenience is beyond imagination. As a local brand, Anyu was first learned on Ctrip. When I saw the hotel decoration pictures, the simple and elegant style deeply attracted me. Stepping into the hotel lobby, the quiet and comfortable atmosphere hits you, and the familiar feeling is like returning to your own home. I have lived in a small villa since I was a child (my grandmother's house is a building from the Japanese colonial period in Shanghai). The style of Anyu evokes my childhood memories, and a feeling of intimacy and nostalgia arises spontaneously. The hotel's service staff adds a lot to this stay experience. Kelly and Xiao Yang are warm and thoughtful, their voices are soft and pleasant, and every word warms the heart. From exquisite afternoon tea, to the thoughtful turndown service, and supper (white fungus soup or hot milk), to delicious breakfast, every detail is handled just right. The breakfast was set meal, which not only avoided waste but also had a sense of ritual, which made me very happy. We carried four pieces of luggage, and the hotel had no elevator, but the female employees helped us move the luggage to the third floor without hesitation. Their dedication and serious attitude made me admire them very much. It is said that Japanese people provide excellent service, but in Anyu, I felt the high-quality service that is not inferior to any international standard. Every move shows that they are thinking about customers. The bed and quilt of Anyu are soft and comfortable. After a day of running around, it is really important to have a good sleep in such a comfortable bed at night. This trip to Dali Anyu made me full of good feelings for this brand. It is reported that there are three more Anyu hotels in Sanya, Hangzhou and Lijiang. I can't wait to go to Hangzhou Anyu to experience this unique beauty again. A high-quality hotel really makes the trip more meaningful.

In the ancient city of Dali, it is quiet in the bustling city and not far from Cangshan Mountain. The breakfast is simple, semi-self-service and set meals are good and will not cause waste. Tea is available 24 hours a day and sweet soup is provided at night. The service concept is better than that of ordinary 5-star hotels in China. By the way, I would like to make a small suggestion. There are some blood stains on the bed sheets. The bed sheets were not changed on the day of cleaning. I wonder if it is for the sake of green environmental protection? If you can ask about the stay experience or suggestions when checking out, I believe your hotel will be even better. Of course, I am still very satisfied with this stay experience. Next time I come to Dali, I will still choose Anyu

The B&B is located in the ancient city, and its location is quiet in the bustling city. The design of the B&B is simple and elegant, and once you enter the B&B, you will feel quiet immediately. The service of the B&B is very good, especially the free laundry service, which is very considerate for people traveling. The breakfast of the B&B is very rich, delicious and delicious, very good!

Having stayed in Hangzhou and Sanya, I still chose Anyu when I came to Dali this time. The service is really impeccable. The two girls who received us were friendly and thoughtful. The room is not big, but the selection of scented bedding is really Anyu's characteristics. The breakfast was very considerate and made a meal card, which was very ceremonial. It was also a good choice to go back to the hotel terrace to relax after walking tired in the ancient city.

Facilities: Very good, the decoration and products used are all high-end. The only drawback is that the room is relatively low and compressed. Service: Very very good. First-class. Hygiene: There is a hair on the bed and the pillowcase is torn. Other hygiene is very good. The price is high, although it is small and cozy, it is indeed not worth the price of 1200. Ideally, the room area at this price will be very large and the sea view will be unbeatable. If the price is slightly reduced, it will be better.
