I had a great experience staying at a Wyndham hotel in Zhuhai before, so I specifically chose this one for my trip to Dali, and I'm very satisfied with my choice. The location is excellent. Just across the street is a small recreational park, and a few minutes' walk leads directly to the Erhai Lake Seaside Avenue. An evening stroll there is incredibly relaxing. The surrounding area offers beautiful scenery, ideal for leisurely exploration. Plus, there are supermarkets and restaurants conveniently located nearby. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally patient and thoughtful. She even upgraded our room based on our situation and personally delivered the room cards to our room, which was incredibly considerate. The room was comfortable, the service quality was high, and the price was very affordable, offering excellent value for money. I would definitely choose Wyndham again if I get the chance.

The service attitude of the front desk clerk was very bad. I saw the room one minute ago, and then when I arrived at the hotel, I asked to see the room type, but the front desk clerk said there was no room. When we got back to the car and opened Ctrip again, it still showed that there were three rooms of each room type. We went to the front desk to ask again, and the clerk immediately said that someone had checked out. Could it be that three rooms of each room type were checked out at once?
