Unexpected good, like the hotel with simple and lovely modern design. The added value is the hotel have the hot spring onsen for guest to use.

The room is pretty small and has a musky smell which can be resolved by opening the hotel windows Decent enough for a 3 star hotel and the price The small room is a double bed as twin bed cost much more.

The room is cozy and have everything needed but small. They have limited parking lot next to the hotel. We have to park at second car park because next to hotel one is full and parking fee JPY500. All the guests except kids have to pay hot spring tax no matter whether use the hot spring facility.

Best hotel in Takayama for me and my sister. They provide all necessary amenities. Staffs are friendly

Chain Hotel but that means there is a certain standard. You get what you pay for it's cheap but the rooms are very small and the bath door opens outwards which is slightly annoying. Can recommend it though if you're not planning on staying more than two nights.

Very nice and clean hotel with onsen. 5 minutes walk from the station, 7-10 minutes walk to the tourist streets. Quiet location. I liked that everything was thought out in the room, comfortable bathroom, good bed, lots of pillows, huge TV, comfortable pajamas) And the opportunity to go to the onsen after a day of walking is very pleasing. The reception is very friendly. I recommend this hotel!

Great location to be close to train, while still able to quickly access main city. The facility was nice. The beds are high enough to push an open suitcase under each bed, making the tight space very manageable. We highly recommend the Chateraise bakery, a few blocks away!

Quite a distance from station, nearest konbini is at the station side which is about 10mins walk away but very quiet location. Excellent service & cleanliness.

Location is good, free drinks after 3pm. Love the onsen and they have laundry facilities within the onsen. One thing to note - the reception took note of my request to clean the room but it was not done at the end of the day. Hotel room (including shower) is a bit small but it was manageable.

The hotel is very nice and clean and a good value for money. It is also nicely located close to the station by foot and also close to the main interest points. We indeed did everything by foot during our two night stays.  The only thing that was quite annoying is that they only have one laundry machine in the women’s sento and another one in the men’s sento. And it was full we went to do it on both sides so it took us quite some time to manage that (not even speaking about the fact that it is separated and then it means only one person has to take care of the laundry and drying).
