The staff are helpful and friendly. They helped us book a bus to Mui Ne. It rains ever afternoon and the staff reminded us to bring umbrellas. An umbrella is provided for us to borrow. Very considerate.

A bright, nice hotel. Amazing value for money. A very walkable location. It was an enjoyable stay.

Even we book for 2 nights ,return bus ticket didn't get in time so that we extend 1 night and stayed 3 nights. We satisfied overall about this hotel. We, couple go trip for relax at least 3 times within one year. We like Da Lat city very much and try to visit next time again.

The hotel is very secluded. The rooms are clean. The bed, linen, towels are of good quality. Very nice garden at reception and comfortable common areas on the floors. On the downside, there was no breakfast during our stay, so we had to have breakfast at nearby fast food cafes.

The service at reception was very kind. The hotel was clean and quite quiet. Stayed there for 2 nights and will book again next time.

Nice hotel in a quiet location, they had the most comfortable beds we’ve stayed on so far!! We arrived very early and we were able to pay to have a room for the morning. Also had balconies but they wasn’t very private but they were still okay.

Quiet location away from the nose from the city. Convenient to get to anywhere.

We spent one night at this hotel from May 19 to 20, 2025. Pros: - The girl at the reception is friendly, she checked us in early at 2:00 PM, thank you very much for that. Otherwise, there are only cons: - I understand that the hotel is three stars, but does this somehow affect the quality of cleaning? I was especially struck by the mold in the bathroom and the trash can, which stood next to the toilet and was dirty with something unknown 🤢 - We did not sleep all night because of the barking of dogs, I do not know if they were hotel dogs or not, but we saw several on the territory. - You can really hear your neighbors slamming their doors. - All the towels look like they have been used for a hundred years and not washed, all gray and dirty - There is no air conditioning, there was a fan that works very noisily, it is impossible to sleep with it. -We opened the windows and by evening there were a bunch of mosquitoes and ants in the room🙈 well maybe we should at least install mosquito nets? In general, a complete disappointment, we left the room tired and not having slept enough

Facilities: Very clean, all very good Hygiene: Very good, the hotel is very clean Service: Very good, they also help with luggage, and greet the front desk every time they pass by. Although it is a bit difficult to communicate, it is very good!

The room is ok, clean, airy, fragrant, the bath towels and face towels are fragrant. The toilet and shower are clean, check in and check out is quick, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel has a place to sit and have coffee in the front, which is quite ok, you can sit down with a group of friends and talk in the evening,... The geographical location is also ok, not noisy, very good. My room can also open to a very large balcony, overall a very good experience.

A very nice and cozy hotel, located a little away from the city center - 10 minutes walk. But you live as if you were outside the city, because there is a nice golf course opposite. The hotel itself has a very unusual architecture, not a standard box. Inside it is clean, nice, lots of flowers and plants. There is no air conditioning, but during the day it is not so hot, and the nights are fresh. Therefore, we did not experience any inconvenience at all due to its absence. I recommend it with great pleasure.

The hotel itself is cheap, but the location is a bit out of the way. I expected a golf course view, but it didn't seem to be visible from the room. The staff was friendly, and it was okay if you're looking for a quiet place. The hot water came out well, but it was disappointing that it was difficult to control the temperature.
