MERPERLE DALAT HOTEL Reviews

I recently stayed at MerPerle and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was clean, nicely designed, and new and well-maintained. However, one downside was the noise level. My room faced the road, and it was quite noisy. The sliding door to the balcony didn’t provide much soundproofing, which made it difficult to sleep at times. If you're planning to stay here, I recommend staying a room that doesn't face the main road.

Pros 1) Good breakfast options in the morning 2) Beautiful landscape at the front of the hotel 3) Helpful bellboy and security at the drop-off area Cons 1) Lack of greeting and smiling face from the staffs on duty which is quite shocking as this is the 7th time I have visited Vietnam. Even lower stars hotel gave a better hospitality and warm welcome 2) Too crowded at the lobby area

Built in 2023 and among the tallest hotel in city centre. Disappointed unable to use the amenities like swimming pool and billard tables when we were there. Kindly check with hotel on the amenities availability before booking with this hotel.

There are too many group tourists. It's noisy. I don't like the location either. I don't know why the reviews are good.

Too crowded at restaurants

Modern, up-to-date, and clean place to stay in Da Lat. Hotel was build recently. Service team is excellent. The swimming pool might not meet your expectations if you search for a pool for actual swimming: it's very warm and unsuitable to do sports.

Good and nice hotel. Restaurant is a bit small for so many customers but bearable.

New hotel with spacious room and beds. Busy hotel with plenty of rooms. Located near to the Dalat Railway Station and is a good base for exploring the city

Very clean and grand hotel in Dalat. Very comfortable stay. But the customer service for room cleaning needs to be improved further. (Not enough manpower to clean rooms) In room dining needs to be improved, maybe can include an app for booking meals. Laundry service not user friendly.

Perfect location,very good service and very nice people..

Lovely hotel, nice and clean! The only downside is the location. If your room is on the side or front, you hear all the noises from the street, and the fountain plays music loudly in the evenings. Request a room at the back and you'll be good to go. The service is great, really friendly staff who are happy to help. Kept our bags after checkout while we went on a tour.

It is a newly built hotel with wonderful decoration and good view for buildings. However, When I stay at room, power is cut off for long time. Ventilating fan is too noisy because it can not be turned off… It is a horrible experience. I hope that this hotel can deal with it and enhance service quality.
