2nd time repeat stay in this particular hotel. Review remains similar as before: My family & I personally is happy & extremely satisfied with Novotel. All the service staff are friendly, helpful & full of smiles which can make anybody to feel so welcome to Da Nanang. Location is convenient & room unit is very clean with fantastic view towards Han River & nearby ocean (stayed in 21st floor). Plus points for just a walking distance (approx. 5 min) towards Han river cruise booths & (approx. 15 min) popular Han market. Breakfast buffet is good & tasty, with both local + international & few selections of Korean food available. A recommended hotel to stay if chosen to stay in downtown instead of beach resorts. Two thumbs up for a pleasant & enjoyable stay in Novotel which made my family vacation experience a meaningful & satisfying one. Mini markets are available at walking distance (10 min. away) located below Hilton Da Nanang. Nearest Starbucks coffee outlet location is below Hilton Da Nang, for those coffee junkies hunting for a perfect cup of coffee to kick-off the day. A nice 5 star rating hotel, worthed the price paid. An additional note: Grabcar appears to be a very convenient way to move around & explore the city (not so costly too). Madame Lan restaurant nearby comes highly recommended as well for nice & tasty local Vietnamese cuisine.

+ 1. Great location, if you’re looking for a hotel not near the beach. 2. The service is AMAZING. Very comfortable and smooth check in and check out. Everyone was very friendly and nice. 3. The room is big, spacious and clean,with all the necessary amenities. 4. Great breakfast, with a lot of varieties. Cons: (I would like to say, that these cons are if I’m being super picky, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel). I wouldn’t recommend their “seafood bbq”. There was not much seafood, but for the price, I can’t complaint too much. I struggled with elevators. The key seems to not always work. 9,5/10 Overall great stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel, although a little pricey, especially as my rate didn’t include breakfast. The room is very comfortable h the view and the balcony are what really makes the hotel. The pool has a beautiful view but it’s very small and when you’re on a lounger there you’re very close to the other guests (only a few loungers in a small space)

Got upgraded to the Deluxe Seaview and had the best time of my life! The staff were all very kind and accommodating, ending up booking 2 services via SALA staff (Bana Hills Day Tour and Massage at their ZEN Spa) I enjoyed both! Also spent one dinner at their top view restaurant that overlooks the whole entire city of Da Nang. Already recommending SALA to my nearest dearest... Keep up the good job, Sala Team!

The location and facilities were very good. It was a family trip, and there was a washer dryer and kitchen, so it was easy to eat delivery food. However, the pool was messy and cold, the elevator took too long, and especially the lady in charge of eggs and rice noodles at the breakfast restaurant looked uncomfortable every morning. It's hard because one person is in charge of more than two things. It seems that the hotel needs improvement. There are too few breakfast items

This was indeed, one of the nicest hotels i have stayed at in a very long time. The location is excellent, the facilities are top class, and most importantly, as a foreigner travelling the world, the staff were so friendly and most helpful. They assisted me with everything that I needed: From laundry, currency exchange, transport and even tours, the staff were more than happy to assist. I recently stayed at the haian Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with spacious rooms that were both modern and comfortable. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, ensuring everything was spotless throughout my stay. Additionally, the concierge team was incredibly helpful, providing recommendations for things to do in the area and even assisting with reservations. Overall, the combination of a lovely hotel environment and outstanding staff made my stay truly memorable. The check-out process was smooth and quick. During both check-in and check-out, we were offered snacks and drinks while waiting, which added a nice touch. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. Sea view is great only during a sunny day. Since it’s the rainy season, we really appreciated the attentive staff, who always ensured we were covered with umbrellas whenever we arrived or departed the hotel, whether on foot or via Grab. Their thoughtfulness made a big difference in keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. Also thankful for staff for enabling us to have a few more complimentary water bottles.

This hotel is mostly catered to Korean tourists, they come by the a few dozen bus loads. There will be hundreds of tourists lingering in the lobby at anytime of the day. The hotel itself is dated, shows its wear & tear. The towels are thin and had its better days, even lower end hotel such as Radisson Red or Four Points DaNang have better towels than this Melia. The windows are not very sound proof, so even at 31 floor, we could still hear a lot of street noises. I also stayed at Bay Capital Hotel, and they have much better sound proof windows. When they did housekeeping, they threw the pillows on the floor when they changed sheets, so unsanitary. I so happened to walk in when they were doing housekeeping. I complained, but they shrugged off. Would I stay there again? Probably not, Bay Capital or Radisson gives better services and value.
