The place is near the sea .The breakfast is ok ,you have eggs ,some potatoes with meat,bread ,salad and pho .some porridge as well,juice and coffee.in the room you have some chips and cookies 🍪 that you should pay in case you eat it but there is no price in the room ,so be careful.i would stay there again for sure 👍 I recommend it.

The location is not bad, 5-7 minutes walk from Mikevichi. There are many restaurants nearby, and convenience stores are close by, so the location is good. There is a small swimming pool on the rooftop, which is nice. However, the soundproofing is not very good. The bathroom exhaust fan is broken, and the shower head is not fixed. I requested a room change, but it was full, so it was not possible. They said they would fix it, but in the end, they couldn't. Other than that, it was fine. The facilities are a little outdated, but the price makes up for it^^;

We were there in April 2025. The hotel is old, tired, the rooms need renovation. We lived on the 10th floor right under the pool. The walls in the room were stained, the plumbing was working but very shabby, as was the furniture. Great location, shops, beach, massage parlors, cafes, laundries - everything is nearby. BUT the school is also two steps away and every morning at 7 am 3 songs are turned on at full volume, it is already impossible to sleep. It seemed to me that in Da Nang this is a problem in any area))) Either the anthem is playing, or the talking trolley is moving, or the trumpet is singing)))). In the rooms under the pool, you can very well hear the splashing of water. Breakfasts are meager. Every day soup, fried egg, omelet, greenery, juice, tea, coffee, rice porridge on water, dough bread and fried buns, 3 main courses (noodles, tofu, or something incomprehensible))). 3 fruits to choose from, usually the least popular. In terms of cleanliness, they wash every day, change towels. Linen is optional. By the way, the textiles are also already washed. In general, if you do not focus on individual aspects, then everything is quite decent. On the 10th floor, the view of the sunset is awesome)))

Good location close to the sea, many restaurants and cafes nearby, the room was a bit humid, you can't open the window because there was an exhaust hood from a nearby cafe opposite, so you can't dry your shorts after the pool. The room had a partial sea view, but there is no view on the 3rd floor. The pool is clean, but there weren't always towels there.

The bedding was clean and there were a lot of marts and restaurants nearby, which was nice. Soundproofing wasn't that great, but it wasn't uncomfortable. Breakfast was so-so. I ate cup ramen for dinner, but there were two soups.
