Super dirty!!!! There was renovation going on next room. They started 6.30 am and created a lot of noise. Very old furnitures in the room. I stayed 4th floor.

this hotel is not a record. Pros: normal location, good internet. Cons: very old rooms with bad furniture, dirty (cleaning once a week), poor quality of bed linen and towels. I didn't like the breakfast either, the hall is dirty, the dishes are dirty, everything is not tasty. The staff is not customer-oriented, they didn't warn that there would be construction right behind the wall (in the Hall), they didn't offer to change the room. It was very noisy, they knocked from early morning until evening for several days, the entire construction number flew into the room. We left the hotel before the due date.

This is the worst hotel. I booked a room for 3 days in advance, but when I checked in, I had to share a room with someone I didn't know, and they asked me to pay 150,000 VND per day and 450,000 VND for 3 days if I wanted to stay alone. They knew I couldn't cancel the room I had already booked, so they charged me for that. The staff was very rude, and they only gave me 2 small bottles of water every day, and the taste of water is not good. The noise between floors of the building was really bad, and there were hundreds of ants crawling on the floor, furniture, and bed. The room was humid even though it didn't rain, and the room looked like it was built over 50 years ago. I later regretted it when I found out there were many better hotels nearby for the same price.

Its very nice for the money. I did expect a bit more but still for couple of nights its good.

The hotel has 15 floors, different rooms overlook different parts of the city, make sure they give you a room that doesn't face the street, otherwise there will be noise and hubbub from 6am. The food in the morning is excellent. If you check in at a low price, be prepared for inconveniences, as they will add another traveler to your room who doesn't know how to behave.

I love adina. This is my second time to Danang purposely to stay this hotel. BUT This time it disappointed me a lot. The breakfast quality drops. And the guys in charge of the breakfast is a piece of ****. The staffs are also bad customer service attitude. My advice to the owner of the hotel. Fire them if you want Adina to have good business

Found this hotel last year, stayed total of 14 days on this visit! Buffet breakfast foods clearly budget, but enough variety not to be boring. One of my two rooms even contained a bathtub, had to change after a week due to technical issues. Rooms are small but clean, table ok for hours at the computer, both (Deluxe Seaview) contained a smallish balcony. Lots of shops and Korean restaurants around, cheaper foods are in the side streets. Half way between Vincom mall and the beach, better suits those who don't mind to walk 5-10 min.

I’m not going to complain because the hotel exceeded my expectation especially when compared with how much I paid for my whole trip. Of course there there are issues to make comments about such as hot water will stop after you leave the water on for longer than 10 minutes, the breakfast was very Vietnamese but I managed to enjoy it, the breakfast staff never smiled, very limited English, etc. A convenience store is just across the hotel. It takes about 7 minutes to go to the beach. I had a good 10-day stay here and will come back if I can still find this price.

Hygiene was clearly not a priority. The dishes and cutlery were never clean. At first, we resorted to using wet wipes to clean our cutlery, but it soon became evident that even the plates were marked with dirt and leftover food. When we eventually fell ill, we decided to leave.

They offer free breakfast. The receptionist will also tend to your luggage if you arrive much earlier than your check in times. Overall a great budget place to stay.

Good service

Here is the deal: the hotel room and the breakfast was fine. The common areas are not properly maintained but that's the minor issue. The problem is that you will not get the room you pay for ( I paid extra for a city view) and not a wall view next door. I was told that's the only room available for the price I paid.. However the worst thing is the attitude of the staff which is arrogant and disrespectful. They pretend to play stupid of not speaking English when bringing up issues but they very much get the English when they want to charge you for extra items in the so-called "mini bar" which I wasn't even informed it was in the room. Also be careful for stuff leftover in the room such as water bottle which you will be charged for. This is a typical neo-colonial set up driven by ultimate pettiness and exploitation. I was supposed to stay two nights but made it only one for the above reasons. Stay away!

The hotel was not fully renovated and it was not what you have been looking for something at that location, AC was not working properly so we need to turn on fan
