Staff had great service and location prime. Staff service attitude very warm and friendly, giving us great cosy vibes. Staff will go out of the way to give us a good staying experience. Good breakfast spread available. Felt very welcomed to stay and will definitely recommend if you're looking for the best worth your money stay.

The hotel near to the beach, 5 minutes walk to the beach and got a lot of reataurant near to the hotel.

Is my first time to Vietnam and Im strongly satisfied while staying at this hotel, friendly and helpful staff, Clean and well prepared especially I like the small pace of balcony that I can seat there and feel the cool wind and relax, very good and recommended.

It was a really nice staying! Room is clean and big, staff are super nice and helpful. Location is very close to the beach and all of restaurants, bar, spa, shops, pharmacies can be found around the hotel.

Had a 5 night stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean, house keeping came everyday and the breakfast choices were great. The staff were so helpful, warm and spoke really good English. Alana was amazing and on the first day spent at least half an hour with us going through the local attractions which was really helpful and would then always ask about our day when we saw her. Harry was also brilliant and helped us book a last minute trip to Hoi An. Overall, we were very impressed with the hotel and the staff.

The location is very convenient with many restaurants and just a few minutes walk to the beach. The price is low compared to other. However, the street are quite noisy. The soundproof of the room is poor and I could hear people talking loudly from the next room.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by a variety of massage parlors and lively bars. The reception staff were incredibly warm and attentive, going above and beyond to assist me in communicating with a driver who didn't speak English. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to Da Nang.

The good: The front desk receptionists are super professional and friendly. the location is close to the beach, about three minutes walk. The bad: the hotel manager is terrible. The bathroom drain was clogged and caused flooding in the bathroom when taking shower. The ceiling is dripping water. the floor corridor and the room smell mold which causing me headache. Multiple stains on the bedding sheets. The mattress is bad, you feel the springs in the mattress. I checked in in the middle of the night and had to live with those problems. when I requested to leave earlier the next morning the hotel manager refused to refund me the remaining amount.
