Very friendly staff. Good for Families to stay. Veey close to beach 5 mins walk away from Mia Beach.

Cheap hotel, excellent value for money, and staff very helpful and welcoming. Beds and pillows comfy.

Everything was great. The breakfast was ok. The staff were brilliant and very patient when I accidentally left a towel at a friends house. I returned it after I d checked out. The pool could do with a little cleaning and maybe a couple more sun-beds, in addition to replacing the metal framed ones which were a little uncomfortable. I would definitely stay here again! Great value for money!

Loved our three night stay at Palazzo. The location is excellent. So many good bars and restaurants walking distance. It's located in a prime road that isn't too noisy. The staff were excellent. So helpful and friendly. Room was spacious, really good air con, fridge in room. You don't really need sea view either. Would definitely recommend without hesitation

Reception staff need to relax a bit. Too commercial sometimes. They lose touch with the customer. My opinion 🤝

Location is very near by the My Khe beach 3 mins walk. The service was so nice by all staff I’m impressed. The room is cleans and new renovated but furnitures are old-looking. The drain is very slow and makes noise all the time even when you not using it. Breakfast was okay not so many choice but because of the price is so cheap I could not complain. I don’t mind at all. Did not go check the pool out though.

Hotel is nice, very friendly staff, asia breakfast, but they made egg anystyle. Room was small, bed ok, bathroom functiened as it should. Did not try their pool, The hotel is near the beach, but red flags , big waves, so now swimming. The area is typical beach place, not very big, but still many restaurants and massage shops. 15 minutes to "town" by car. Went to Han market, crowded place, but funny to walk around,, much cheap stuff.

Only a few blocks from the beach, which was super nice. The pool would have been nicer if it was deeper. We used their laundry service which was quick, easy and 30k per kg.

The rooms are basic. However, the location is perfect if you're looking for that beach getaway. Taxis are cheap so it's not a problem getting around. The staff were the highlight of my stay here as they were the nicest people ever. Super friendly and helpful!! Always greet you with a warm smile. The breakfast was pretty good in my opinion, most things change daily but the general gist is the same

This hotel is right by the beach and walking distance to many cafes and shops. The hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly. They let us check in super early. The rooms were clean and decent size. Will definitely book again

We stayed at the hotel for the third time in a month, we liked everything) we will come back on our next vacation

Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a good location,very happening, nice breakfast and reasonable price, short walking distance to My Khe Beach. The restaurant beside the hotel provides a very nice smoked pork and beef which is a must try! Nevertheless, the receptionist informed me that they needed to change the family room that I booked into two separate rooms which was not quite a pleasant start to us. They managed to provide a family room after I insisted.

The best stay in Da Nang, i wouldn‘t try another one. location, good rooms, service & very best Staff in Town.
