Da Nang Hotels with Pools

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the assistance from the staff was excellent, and the breakfast was terrific. The location is very convenient, being close to popular eateries like Madame Lan, Luk Lak, and Korea street, as well as various spas. However, I was disappointed with the room. The TV was small, not a smart TV, and had very few international channels, with unclear pictures on every channel. The toilet arrangement was inconvenient with nowhere to hang the hand towel, and the door blocked the basin when opened. The bedside table had several scratches, and although I requested a hard pillow, I was only provided with a soft one. The soundproofing was poor; I could hear vehicles, especially motorbikes, from my room. Additionally, the hotel reused a stained and folded paper card as our room key, which felt unprofessional. Upon check-in, there was no one to greet us or assist with our luggage.

The staff are very nice and polite, the food are great too. There are also many nice restaurants nearby The rooftop pool has a great view, and the beach is just next to the hotel and you can get there without a second

The room is fantastic and looks exactly like the photos shown upon booking. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very polite and helpful. As we booked the Sala Suite, the room came with perks such as free afternoon tea and premium breakfast lounge. The premium breakfast lounge allowed us to be able to enjoy great breakfast without squeezing with the crowd. The hotel is located near many spas and we visited the nearby Heart Spa 3 times in a row as their service is excellent! We are very happy with the hotel! Thanks for making our honeymoon a great one!

Altara suite is perfect ! The location is located at a less crowded area so it’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. Staff are all very friendly and helpful during the stay! Accommodation was clean and nice comes with a nice balcony with sea view! 🌊🌊🌅 Gym was spacious and have a great city view from above! 🏋️ Roof top Swimming Pool is chill and nice!🏊♂️🩲 Breakfast comes with good selection! Most importantly it’s at the top few levels! So the view is awesom yo🍳🥐🍉 Definitely made the right choice to stay here! Check out Sơn tra night market for awesome seafood too! 🦞🦑🐙🦐🐟

We stayed here for our trip, because the hotel is new so we decided to book. They have bikes on the porch if you want to borrow and ride around. There is an amazing bbq restaurant a few street down from the hotel. The bed was super comfy, big and soft. We slept so well. At check out 1 us forgot hi phone so the staff sent it to us to our new hotel in the south. So thank you so much guys.

Hotel right by the beach. However, if you like quiet environment, this is not a place, because there is a restaurant and beach party near the hotel. I stay on the 10th floor. People on the street can look up and see me. When I make the reservation, I specifically asked for the high floor, but they did not accommodate my request. Breakfast has a lot of variety. Most of clientele is local. 

I recently stayed at the haian Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with spacious rooms that were both modern and comfortable. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, ensuring everything was spotless throughout my stay. Additionally, the concierge team was incredibly helpful, providing recommendations for things to do in the area and even assisting with reservations. Overall, the combination of a lovely hotel environment and outstanding staff made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend the Haian Beach Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with exceptional service. Thanks to Hoang, Tahn, Peter, Yen Vy. I recently stayed at Monarque Hotel in Da Nang, and my overall experience was amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, with a special shoutout to Sophia, who went above and beyond to make our stay even better. Upon arrival, we were greeted with welcome drinks, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. The rooms were very clean, with housekeeping provided twice a day. We were also treated to a complimentary dinner one night, which was a wonderful surprise. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the afternoon tea was a lovely touch. I highly recommend Monarque Hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay in Da Nang.

Very good hotel service and amenities. FYI, it seems that Da Nang is “split” between two “areas” - the side where this hotel is located at, and the other side across the Dragon Bridge. It seems that a lot more food options and shops are across the other side so we ended up Grabbing a lot over. However, there’s a mall directly behind this hotel about 3-5 mins walk away. You can see the fireworks display on the Dragon Bridge if you pick the Horizon View. Oh!!! The butterfly pea lemonade drink that is complimentary at the reception is soooo good we drank it everyday when we came back.

Receptionist is good in English. No communication problem. Housekeeping and maintenance has very good and attentive service. My room fridge was not cold, thought that has spoilt. Maintenance came to check and tried to solve the problem. Thank you to them for all the good service. Top floor restaurant has very good view and atmosphere is fantastic too. Menu selection with vegetarian.
