Well-located hotel near Plaza de Armas, well-equipped, with modern and cozy facilities. A simple but adequate breakfast, including a microwave and toaster, is available. If you leave before breakfast time, they'll prepare a snack for you to take away. Excellent service.

Es un hotel pequeño, justo lo que buscábamos para que la experiencia fuera más real. Se han portado estupendamente con nosotros. Guardando nuestras maletas mientras estábamos en Machu Pichu, preparando los desayunos, dejándonos estar en la recepción hasta el Check in, aportándonos un calefactor, dándonos información sobre muchísimas cosas… es verdad que la cama es un poco pequeña, en especial para las habitaciones superiores (hay espacio para poner una cama más grande). Además, en la esquina de abajo hay muchos pubs, pero la calle siempre está vigilada por policía y el ruido no llega a más habitaciones. El desayuno está muy bien, muy completo, pero teniendo excursiones es complicado disfrutarlo ya que te recogen temprano. Tienen infusiones en todas las plantas.

El hotel Kokoa es la mejor opción para hospedarse en Cusco. Yo pondría el servicio en primer lugar. La fina atención de Edwin, Evelyn y el resto del personal hace que siempre nos sintamos en Kokoa como si fuera nuestra casa. Siempre están dispuestos a asistirnos en todo y a brindarnos un desayuno completo y delicioso cada mañana. En cuanto al hotel en sí, cada elemento es de óptima calidad y siguiendo los estándares internacionales. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y los baños muy lindos y sin problemas, con una decoración muy agradable y sobria. Finalmente, la ubicación no puede ser mejor: a dos cuadras de la Plaza de Armas, pero sin el ruido de la calle. Siempre agradecidos con el servicio de Kokoa.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca a la plaza de armas, buena atención, buena iluminación. Las habitaciones tienen cama de 2 plazas, deberían tener como mínimo tamaño queen. Por momentos el baño tenía olor a desagüe. Las mesas para el desayuno no estaban listas y había que pedir constantemente que repongan el desayuno buffet
