I was disappointed with my interaction with La Posada. I made a reservation for 4 people. The confirmation came 24 hours later for 2 people. I immediately cancelled the reservation at three different addresses. A response came from La Posada that cancellations were not accepted. I have advised my credit card company that I will not pay the charge from La Posada.

I stayed at this hotel twice. After checking out on the first day, I went to Hotwater Town to stay for one night before coming back again. We could store our large luggage and only brought one backpack to Hotwater Town. It was great! Most of the service staff are not very good at English, only one of them speaks better English, but they are all warm and friendly, oh! By the way, there is a laundry service here for 10 soles per kilogram, which is very convenient!

The location is very good, just near the Plaza de Armas. It's just a short walk to various attractions. The breakfast is very good, freshly squeezed juices and fruits are available, but the room is a bit small, otherwise there is nothing wrong with it.

Very very good experience! The host helped a lot with taxi booking, high altitude sickness. They have very good breakfast, especially the fried rice which made my two boys very full that morning. And, if you miss it, the host will offer lunch box. What made us surprised is that they made a birthday cake for my younger boy. We stayed there 2 nights. It's an excellent stay!

the service was very helpful. the breakfast was generous and came with freshly squeezed orange juice and the WiFi was great. the showers were top class and I genuinely think they are the best in the world. there was room t hang your clothes and comfortable beds

Rooms are very small, and the bathroom was miniscule. If you're over 200 lbs, forget about squeezing in the bathroom! Other than that, this was a superb hotel. Staff were extremely attentive and offered great service. Great breakfast, easy to use laundry service, great location 2 min from the town square, yet super quiet. Would recomment without hesitation!

Great hotel and very accomadating to myself and my four friends during our stay. They held onto bags for us safely when we were doing all day and overnight activities such as Sacred Valley and the Inca Trail. Breakfast was included and very delicious as well as filtered water always being available in the lobby.

Great service, food and staff. Rooms absolutely did the job with a comfy bed and clean bathroom. Fresh towels daily and bed made too. I would recommend to those travelling on a slight budget that still want some comfort
