Its ok, hotel . Cheap hotel bed and room clean. But they need to remodel shower bath big time. Water It's not draining well. Wifi doesn't work and no elvertor. We book it cuz have tour early just to have bed to sleep and distorted about shower after long hiking .

They made us pay taxes again even though it was already included in the rate, they gave us a very simple room for the cost and on the top floor, breakfast says from 6am we had tours and needed to eat something however it was not enabled because they say the chef is on vacation

In a very good location, luggage can be left for free storage, the breakfast is certainly not rich, but we stayed the night, ate scrambled eggs, boutiques, bananas, coffee. hairdryer at reception. It looks better in the photo than in real life, but for this price it’s actually ok. BUT it's sooo cold!!!!!! (but this is the case everywhere, as I understand it) and to take a shower you need to flush the water for 5-6 minutes)

We had a lovely stay at Casa real hoteles. The breakfast was great and the staff was super friendly, always happy to help. The hotel is located 15min walk from plaza de armas, which is just far enough to be quiet but still close enough.

It was an excellent hotel in Cusco. Very close to the central square around 10 to 15 minutes (if you don't want to walk you can take a taxi for 6 soles) Quiet, safe, clean, and confortable place. They offer a very delicious continental breakfast, there is tea infusions on the 1st and third floors. The staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful with any questions you have: like places to visit. very confortable beds to rest specially after we come back from the rainbow mountain and Lake Humantay. Price is affordable and fair, I recommended very much, it was a nice stay while visiting the georgous city of Cusco. Thank you hotel Casa Real! I had a great experience! I'm definitely coming back to this place.

todo fué excepcional , el personal es muy amable, dispuesto a ayudar y resolver inquietudes. la habitación siempre limpia, desayuno rico .. gracias por todo. lo recomendaremos y volveremos cerca hay restuarantes, farmacia y caminando a 10 minutos la plaza de armas
