Goed hotel in het oude centrum. Heerlijk bed. Wij hadden het extra grote bed. Alleen het kussen is te hard. Douche heerlijk, duurt wel 5 minuten voor t warm is. Kamer is lekker warm. Alle andere hotels waar we sliepen was t ijskoud. Ontbijt is goed met fruit yoghurt ei broodjes etc. Superlieve mensen. We mochten onze bagage in de kamer laten staan, we gingen naar machu pichu, zij brachten het naar de opslag. Echte aanrader

Viajamos em casal, ficamos 10 dias hospedados. Fomos muito bem recepcionados, todos muito simpáticos e prestativos. Acomodações limpas e aconchegantes. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Nos dias em que saímos cedo para os passeios recebíamos um kit com lanche, o que ajudou muito, além de mostrar preocupação com seus clientes. Localização excelente, próximo a Plaza de Armas e ao comércio de Cusco. Com certeza retornaríamos novamente na Casa Matara!

Amazing stay at a boutique hotel run by a warm, welcoming family. Close enough to the historical district whilst still being nice and quiet. We loved our room, the reception organised clothes washing without any issues and even catered for our gluten free intolerances! From Pete & Laura (Australia) 😀

It's a family-owned business run by a wonderful family. The owner greeted us with a bright smile and genuine warmth. She was very helpful, suggesting good restaurants, a SIM card shop, and banks. She also recommended an excellent travel agency. The hotel is very close to the center, making it easy to walk everywhere. The room is spacious and clean, with coca tea bags provided. The breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend to everyone.

Prima kamers met alle faciliteiten, schoon en keurig sanitair en een heerlijke douche met een goede straal warm water. De dames van receptie en horeca zijn uiterst vriendelijk. Ontbijt is divers en uitstekend van kwaliteit, zeker aan te raden.

Súper limpio, buen desayuno y personal muy amable. Me sentí mal por el mal de altura y le recomendaron a mi novio que comprar para que me sintiese mejor y luego preguntaron por mi. También nos guardaron el equipaje durante 5 días que estuvimos en la selva. La ubicación es perfecta cerca de la plaza de Armas. Y muy buen precio. Todo genial. Gracias!

Un hotel boutique muy pintoresco, lo tienen todo muy limpio y bonito. Lugar céntrico cerca de la plaza de Armas. Su personal es muy atento y servicial, muy formales en los tiempos. Y siempre dispuestos atender a sus huéspedes. 100% recomendado.
