The hotel is fine, the staff and service were good for an old building it was clean and had hot water and working Internet while the food was good too. The issue is the location, which seems convenient, but it is a LOUD area and the noise all gets into the room all day and night making sleep problematic even if you use earplugs and headphones. So just be aware it’s an old building with no insulation and loud, but if you can handle that it’s not a bad hotel overall.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff were lovely and helpful. It is located right on the square so it is close to shops, restaurants, incarail and everything you need. You can also sit on the balcony while you eat and watch the square.

This hotel is located on the corner of Plaza de Armas and has the best location in Cusco. The room was well cleaned. The staff were all kind and friendly. On the day of our early morning departure to Machu Picchu, they gave us a lunch box for breakfast. They called a taxi to the airport and the price was fixed, so we felt at ease. And above all, the breakfast on the terrace overlooking Plaza de Armas was the best time.

Das Hotel Plaza de Armas in Cusco war für uns eines der schönsten Hotels auf unserer Perureise. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie ließen sich mit dem Heizstrahler außerdem auf eine wirklich angenehme Temperatur aufheizen (was in Peru nicht immer so gut funktioniert wie unsere Erfahrungen zeigten). Die Lage des Hotels ist außerdem wirklich einzigartig. Direkt am Plaza de Armas gelegen sind die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt somit alle fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Com certeza, a localização é o melhor atributo deste hotel. Ele fica numa posição estratégica na Plaza de Armas, o que o transforma num verdadeiro camarote para as festas e eventos que acontecem alí. O hotel é confortável e tem um bom café da manhã. E, na recepção, existe tanque de oxigênio para quem sofrer com a altitude de Cusco.

The hotel sits in an unbeatable location —just a 20-minute drive from the airport and right on the Plaza de Armas, offering beautiful views of the square. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always eager to help. Do note: evenings can get a little noisy due to the plaza’s buzz, so packing earplugs might be a smart move. We stayed there for 4 nights during the Cusco festival and luckily our room was off the street, so the noise wasn’t affecting our sleep too much, plus we were too tired from hiking and sightseeing. Breakfast, served from 6:00 to 10:00, was generous and varied—eggs, meats, pastries, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, and cereals, plus a coffee bar and delicious fresh juices (orange, papaya, and pineapple). We also ate lunch and dinner at our hotel, food was delicious both times. There’s also a lovely rooftop terrace that stays open until 10 PM—a perfect spot to unwind after a long day. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Plaza de Armas and will choose to stay here again in a heartbeat.

vibrant plaza which is surrounded with cathedral and basilica. Shopping areas eater is small, souviner. Shops lot of people taking the Lama for the photo I think it's a vibrant vibrant plays which you must-visit when in Costco the Kathi drell. Especially is a must-visit. To see the combination of the Aneian and the spanish cultures together in the premises..painting photos or videos are not permitted
