Hampton by Hilton Cusco

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Hotel in Cusco. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special mention to Wilma, who went the extra mile to accommodate our request to change to a room with a queen bed instead of two standard beds—her helpfulness made a big difference. The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable with fresh bedding, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cusco.

I wish everyone would follow the excellent example and dedication of Germán and Kevin, but I want to thank the entire Hampton team in general — everyone made our stay very special. From the reception to the room service, all the staff were very kind and attentive. When I return to Cusco, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. At first they put us in a room with a door shared with the room next door, and we had to ask to change because we could hear absolutely everything! However, the hotel changed the room immediately, without any questions asked. The hotel is modern and very well located. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. The breakfast is good quality and varied. The staff is helpful and friendly.

My daughter and I were some of the first guests in this new hotel. We were blessed by the fantastic setting, the incredible food, and mostly the caring staff. My wife was in a Cusco hospital. My son reserved this hotel with his many Hilton points, but from the moment we walked in, we were welcomed and made a member of their family. We spoke with the Manager every day, the wait staff were all super helpful, and the front desk clerks, especially Angela, were always looking for ways to help us. They were our friends and they all cared about my wife, who they had not ever met. If you are going to Cusco, you would be lucky to stay here.
