I appreciate how they managed the discrepancy in my booked room..water is not that stable,but the sea is just a hundred meters away

We enjoyed their restaurant coz the staff was kind, generous, and helpful. The food was delicious, despite sisig was costly mischiefed (it was more expensive than in menu prices), it has a free videoki and disco, and water. We had plenty fun dancing at the disco and having fun with the other local people. The music was awesome and lovely. There most lovely thing is there is security (at both restaurants and hotel) that guards and guides. The room we had was awful. There was no soap, no tissue, neither shampoo, a miserable room with cockroaches and ants, but we checked out earlier by mistake and we were checked in an upgraded room. The room was exclusive. Thanks for that.

Very bad accommodation. The room was dirty (I killed 3 cockroaches), extremely hot (the wall of the room faces the sun during the afternoon) and the water sometimes not worked (no water in the bathroom). Terrible experience.

Just a small economy hotel for a quick nights stay. A lot of mosquitoes in the room but the front desk gave us some mosquitos spray. Not far from some night spots for dinner and drinks. All on all, ok just for a night.

Located near the Hartford a quick access to the 3D/2N expedition cruise to El Nido. Comfortable, good night's sleep.

I don't know who to blame, but the information on this app is very misleading. It was mentioned that our room would have an air conditioner, but it doesn't. When we arrived, we realized that the room only has a fan. The service desk told us that it was Trip.com's fault, but I'm not sure.

The whole 2 days accomodation, it has no wifi at all.

I lived in a single room. The funny thing is that the toilet was flushed with a ladle. Be prepared that there is no warm water anywhere - all the water is cool. The location is right by the port - convenient for excursions. There is also a market with fruits and fish nearby. Not far away is a street with restaurants. There is also an embankment with a beautiful sunset.

The first room was not very clean and in poor condition. The lady at the reception found us a second room. I will not return there.

Near the market and the pier for excursions. The ferry to El Nido was cancelled, we were accommodated earlier.

The hotel is located next to the pier, where excursions depart from. The staff is polite, helps in choosing excursions. Cafes are not far away.
