The staff at the Hotel were absolutely fantastic & professional, Silvia at reception was great! The Bar tendents were also very professional. The foyer towards the Bar was very mood setting in the evening We will definitely be staying there when we travel to Milan again!

I booked 2 nights and changed 3 rooms. The first night when we returned at midnight we found excrement in the toilet, we called reception and they moved us to a double room at 1am (we never knew if it was the sewer's fault or someone who passed through our room). In the morning they reassigned us to a double room. So another move of luggage and in the various moves we forgot some personal effects that were never found despite immediate reports to the reception. The staff on the floors do not speak Italian so it is impossible to get information. And nothing. No news and no compensation." Goodbye 4 stars"

I often stay in this hotel and I must say that it is in line with the service offered by Best Western. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds comfortable. Breakfast is always well stocked. I recommend the place for business trips.

All the staff contributed to our well-being. Kindness and helpfulness during the stay We will come back and stay longer. Perfect shuttle service and really practical for visiting Milan and going to the fair.
