整體來收非常棒 環境，衞生都不錯，房間很大，採光也很好，前台服務員會説英文，周邊的餐飲和景點也很豐富，商務出行和旅遊都很適合

Exceptional location, across the street from Patio Olmos shopping mall, AeroBus stops almost in front of the hotel (both to and from airport, reliably on schedule hourly service). Will very likely book again for my next trip. Stayed 15 days in a standard room facing the street, 5th floor. Street noise quieted down around midnight, not a problem most nights. Large room with very comfortable queen size bed. Large bathroom with lots of hot water. Good wifi. Convenient restaurant attached to hotel with great lunch deals and dinners. Restaurants, supermarkets, bars all within a block or two (and further out also). Building needs a bit of cosmetic maintenance (stains in walls and carpets, moldy bathroom tile grouts) but it was kept very clean and every hotel employee was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Staff was also very responsive to any request (mini fridge was not working and was replaced immediately).

I stayed here 3 nights during a recent visit to Córdoba, the check in was quick and the staff were very friendly, the rooms were comfortable the bed afforded a good nights sleep, there were a lot of options for breakfast and the hotel is clean and tidy. Being situated on a main road in the centre of the city i had no disturbance with traffic noise whatsoever, i enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very bad hotel and costumer service. rooms are very bad, bad room towels are old and looking not washed. I will never use this nasty hotel....... Costumer service is very poor Bed are very bad, I cannot give them a one star not worthen to be there. Light switch is above the bathtub, electricity and water can be very dangerous, and the switch is definitely above the bathtub is unbelievable, where is the costumer safety? Breakfast is in the bar next to the hotel, and is very dirty disgusting breakfast. Never I will use this hotel, lucky I was not electrocuted in the bad room

It was horrible service , they charge for hot water , room was so dirty at check in , old guest had dirty sucks in the room, insects in the bathroom, sheet had blood spots on it and floor was so dirty Tried to ask to get the room changed after 45 min of waiting we went to a lower category room was also dirty so we decided to come back to our old room and ask them to clean it and they said they have no one who can clean it and very unfriendly front desk, asked for a manager he said we have no manager And he said he can let them manager know to talk to us in the morning which never happened. I would never stay at this old torn down hotel and will not recommend anyone to stay

A hotel that clearly had a better past. It needs a lot of maintenance. For the price there are much better options. I usually stay at different Amerian, this is clearly the worst. I would not go back because it was definitely expensive and uncomfortable.

Everything was fantastic. Except for the lighting. The lights were very dim and warm. It was impossible to put on makeup in the bathroom. Comfortable beds. Nice pool. Excellent service. The receptionists were very committed. Unbeatable location. The cleaning ladies were very good.

Excellent reception, warmth and professionalism when it comes to resolving concerns, spacious, comfortable rooms. Very good cleaning. Varied and abundant menus, excellent for needs and tastes, as well as breakfasts. Excellent location, it gives you access to everything you need in the city.

Elegí este hotel por su ubicación, error, calles MUY RUIDOSAS las 24 horas. Me tocó la habitación 609, de dos camas ya que viajo con mis hijas de 16 y 9 años. Parece que las habitaciones con dos camas dan hacia las calles las cuales, como ya dije, son MUY ruidosas, en exceso. Las ventanas que tiene el hotel son obsoletas ya que no filtran el ruido externo, en lo absoluto. Dice ser un hotel 4 estrellas, no tiene ni dos. Debajo de las camas polvo y suciedad acumulados desde hace bastante tiempo El baño con una mancha de óxido en la bañera, la tapa de la taza del baño toda floja y movediza, la llave que apaga y enciende la luz principal tenía un cortocircuito, se escuchaba rechinar, el sonido que hace algo que tenga mal contacto, lo cual puede ocasionar un incendio. Como mucho dormí 3 horas con tapones puestos, a las 6 de la mañana me puse mis AirPods con música para poder descansar una hora más ya que me sentía muy cansado por la imposibilidad de dormir. Bajé a recepción le expliqué a un empleado cada uno de los detalles, le dije que volvería a última hora de la tarde ya que tenía un compromiso, él quedó de darme dos habitaciones lo cual acepté a regañadientes pues no quería dejar a mis hijas solas, le dejé las llaves y al volver en la tarde noche no habían efectuado el cambio de habitaciones. Tuve que volver a explicar todo de vuelta y el empleado que me atendió no tuvo la mínima empatía conmigo, me dijo que lo único que podía hacer era cambiarme a la habitación 909, tres pisos más arriba, accedí y la diferencia con la anterior es mínima, casi igual . Otras cosas, dejan una tetera eléctrica y dos tazas sin un sobre de café o té, una burla. Las instalaciones ya cumplieron su ciclo, las toallas austeras, solo tengo en mi recámara dos toallas para tres personas, un mini jabón, un mini shampoo y enjuague. La verdad que lo único que trajo un poco de servicio y atención a la experiencia es un trabajador llamado IAN, él me ayudó con el cambio de recamara y se disculpó en nombre de la empresa, usó esas valiosas pero inservibles palabras, no busco una disculpa ni un descuento, estoy de vacaciones en un país lejano al que vine a disfrutar, no a sufrir. Huya de este hotel,gratis es caro, regalado es una estafa. Nunca jamás vuelvo

Muy buen hotel, las camas muy confortables recató fundamentalmente eso y su ubicación, en el corazón de la ciudad. Personal muy amable y muy limpio. Estuve tres noches y la verdad estuve muy cómodo no pude disfrutar el desayuno pues por u error en mi reseca no se incluyó

El hotel fue renovado recientemente. Yo estuve por trabajo otras veces y se nota el cambio. La terraza y el gimnasio son de lo mejor. Tambien me encontre con almohadas nuevas y TV nuevo que te permite conectar el celu y ver netflix y demas... El desayuno estaba correcto pero no destacaba.

La ubicación es muy buena, la cama en excelente estado. El servicio de desayuno muy malo (panificados y frutas no frescos, baja calidad de jugos y yogur, fiambre en lugar de panceta) solo se salva el café. Baño de poca dimensión, se moja entero al tomar ducha, y la puerta choca al inodoro cuando se abre. La habitación esta desprovista de todo (ni siquiera teléfono para contactar Recepción y/o restaurante), frigobar vacío y no enfría a pesar de regulación máxima. Pasaron días y aún no consigo me envíen las facturas por habitación y consumos. Si pides algo al restaurante para la habitación, te lo cargan a cuenta, pero si consumes en el lugar, no lo hacen y debes pagar allí mismo.

Espantosa experiencia en el amerian de córdoba. Destrato por parte del recepcionista que maltrato a mi marido al no encontrar la reserva en el sistema cuando la habíamos hecho perfectamente. Cuando por fin nos asignan una habitación, esta se encontraba sucia y con rastro de sangre en la almohada, un ayudante vino y sacó fotos, lo cual al hacer un reclamo lo negaron completamente.
