Great location, super fun interior, staff so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Not recommended if many luggages. With some staircases. Need some effort to bring to reception and room. Quite dark and mysterious long corridor. Not recommended for solo traveller. Water pressure is terrible. No amenities and wont fill water. Strange room decoration everywhere. The location is good. Close to restaurant and shops.

Great location! Cute hotel. Everything was great but I travelled with a big heavy luggage which the uneven floor outside the hotel plus a few steps of stairs to the lobby made it not easy to carry to. The hotel could have made it more accessible

I found it beautiful. The room was very spacious, and the free minibar snacks were a nice touch. I also took many great pictures of the hotel's stunning features. Highly recommended!

At check in you have to choose between planting a tree or cleaning your room. If you order food from the hotel you have to go pick it up

This hotel is in a very nice location and easy to find. Staff was nice and service was good.

The location is walking distance to many attractions and near the metro. The interior design of the hotel is interesting, and I love the communal spaces at the hotel with the bean bags and fireplace. The staff also surprised guests with a lovely gift during new years eve.

The breakfast is not as rich as last year. Many things are missing. The hotel is still very nice. It is very comfortable to stay.

A very stylish hotel, close to the shopping street and the subway station that goes directly to the airport. There is also a food market and many very famous coffee shops nearby. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for a week. The nuts were delicious. It felt like a fairytale world. Copenhagen is a bit cold in the summer. You have to wear a down jacket when you go out at night. The design is OK but the quality is average. People who pursue quality can stay in another hotel called Sander. It is very comfortable there.

The hotel is really terrible. I was misled by Xiaohongshu to come to this internet celebrity hotel. I arrived very early in the morning and was told that there would be rooms in the afternoon. This is normal and understandable. When I checked in at night, I found that the hotel arranged a twin room for me. Why did they arrange a twin bed when they saw that I was staying alone? Did I pay more than 2,800 a night just to sleep in a 1-meter small bed? I went to the front desk to change rooms and was told that there was only one big bed room at the elevator entrance. When I opened the curtains, I saw several smoke pipes and air conditioning pipes. The room was very cold in the summer, and the heating could not be turned on. The water in the shower was also cold. After washing, I was shaking all over. After changing rooms, the bed was a twin bed, but you don’t know why the quilt was still a single one. I don’t know how to sleep with a 1-1.2 meter quilt. I turned over and it was gone and I was woken up by the cold. There was also that Simmons mattress, which was soft on both sides and hard in the middle. I couldn’t sleep all night and woke up 4-5 times. When I was half asleep, I heard a loud noise at the elevator entrance. The next day, I went to the front desk to negotiate for free check-out. Because the environment was so bad, I would rather climb mountains and wade through rivers and spend more money to find a new hotel than suffer here. When I communicated with the front desk, she asked me to call ******* and go through them. After I called Ctrip to communicate without success, I went back to the front desk to communicate. Knowing that they were the ones who made things difficult for me, why did they waste time asking me to communicate with the agent? I really don't understand. I argued with them angrily, telling me that my problems could be solved, and asked me not to scream at them. They agreed to change my room in the afternoon, but there was no room in the morning. When I went to check in again in the evening, the room was changed, but the quilt I reminded repeatedly was not changed to a big bed. I called the front desk and they said that the housekeeping had gone off work. I said that you agreed to give me a big quilt, so they sent someone to change it. The room was still cold, the mattress was still soft, and I slept uncomfortably, waking up several times a night. I advise all tourists not to choose this hotel. It is really very, very, very rubbish. The beautiful photos taken in the hotel are just fancy, cheap, and not classy. It is not worth the price. Who would spend so much money to stay in a hotel if not to have a good sleep? You will definitely go out with dark circles under your eyes the next day. Moreover, the front desk of the Nordic Hotel is really bad and bullying. They specially arranged such a bad elevator entrance location for us Chinese. The hotel in Stockholm 2 days later was the same! It was too bullying!

The space is large and the supplies are complete. The hand washing, bath products, and lotions are all organic products. They smell good. There is a welcome drink, a sofa, and the bed is moderately soft. The location is very good. It is a very well-designed hotel and very comfortable. Restaurant

This hotel is so cute, it's a pleasure to walk around. The room is also quite clean, and overall it's a comfortable stay. The location is also very good, you can go shopping when you go out. I especially recommend the hot dog stand on the left turn when you leave the hotel, it's delicious.
