Stayed on my own as part of our conference. Room was good but not 5 star. The view from the room was stunning and the bed was amazing. The staff were friendly but not upfront helpful. Friendly but forthcoming. Breakfast was great, fast and the staff gave priority to seating at the best view on a first come basis which was a nice, considerate touch. The main reception area is beautiful with high timber ceilings with beams and a huge fire. I'd stay again although not that close to shops but Uber was reasonably available and fast.

Room was high quality and clean. Service was good. Challenges were very spotty wifi and soap and shampoo dispensers that would not work.

It is ok. Not real impressed with the non smoking policies bc people were smoking pot inside their room. Had to be moved to different part of hotel

The front entry was under construction, so that we had to figure out how to go into the hotel. It was not very obvious. We stayed in room 221 which was 5 rooms away from I-25. We can hear the traffic a little. One of us was a light sleeper but was able to sleep through the night. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and clean. The bathroom fan was a bit loud. There was no body lotion in the room. We asked at the front desk, but they didn't have any either. The breakfast was OK. It was a walking distance to the Broadmoor Ice Arena, so the location was perfect for us.

Frankly speaking, I was quite disappointed. There was a problem with the stability of the bed. It was reported but no one came to repair it. Breakfast can basically be said that there is nothing but James Coffee, no matter how cheap it is. I hope to improve, don't mention breakfast too misleading customers.

Happy overall with the experience. Good location and fit our needs.

We are on vacation. Everything was great until checkout morning the elevator went out and we were on the third floor. Our suit cases were large since we are on a 14 day vacation!
