I had a wonderful experience with Stay with Nimman in Chiang Mai. A very peaceful stay. Very clean room, plenty of amenities and a very nice place to stay over all. I had great food as well. I loved their spa and the massages I had were wonderful. The view from the roof was super cool, and the pool was nice. All hotel staff were kind and went out of their way to help me. The hotel is new, clean and friendly for elderly persons. This hotel provides a number of amentities and facilities. However, it’s rather far from the center of the city (about 15-20 minutes by car), so you should have your own car for convenience. Another problem is the pipe in the bathroom quite draining slowly.

The hotel is clean and quiet. The inconvenience is no elevator which guests have to bring luggages by their own 😭 there is no hair dryer either.

Stayed at a really good hotel recently and had a great experience! The location is excellent—conveniently close to shops, cafes, and key attractions, yet still quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. Definitely a place I’d come back to—highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!

This hotel gave me a truly wonderful stay! The overall ambiance is brand new, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, making for a truly relaxing stay. Although Chiang Mai is currently experiencing frequent rain, the hotel is thoughtfully designed. There's a driveway and parking lot on the first floor, allowing drivers to drop off their cars in a sheltered area without getting wet. Then, take the elevator up to the second floor for check-in. The check-in counter is on the second floor. Please note that this hotel requires a 3,000 baht cash deposit, so be sure to prepare this in advance. Breakfast is not a buffet, but rather a boxed breakfast, but it's quite generous: it includes a main course, salad, fruit, and a drink—simple yet heartfelt. For this price, staying in such a new, comfortable, and thoughtful hotel is truly excellent value. Highly recommended for travelers visiting Chiang Mai who want a balance between budget and quality!

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the night market. The room was clean, but the bed was a bit hard and not very comfortable for sleeping. The receptionist was not helpful when I requested a king bed—she simply said the hotel was full and did not offer any alternatives. Breakfast was okay.

Good value for money, good breakfast, clean, comfy bed and pillow, friendly and efficient service. My only beef is location. from Maya mall is still within walking distance, but walking is not really convenient particularly when it rains and the road the connects the hotel to the main road is puddled.

This hotel is amazing. Great location, it was right next to Maya Mall, across the street from One Nimman, within walking distance to many cafes and 7elevens. Service is amazing, staff were very polite and very efficient. The hotel, lobby, and my room were all very clean, and cleaned well daily. No complains at all! The TV is a smart TV, can use Netflix, Disney+, Youtube and a few other apps. Overall very satisfied with this hotel and highly recommend it. Will definitely want to book this hotel again if i ever visit Chiang Mai again.

The front desk lady and madam are nice and polite. They give us some suggestions for the foods and place to go. The room is not too big but the bed is comfortable. The only worst two points one is the hotel located under the airplane take off way so can hear the plane take off clearly even in the room and another one poor is the food that hotel provide don’t have too much selection.
