Funky, yet proper 4 Star with an attentive staff and amazing location near bar and hawker streets. There was a rational for me staying at this hotel twice during this holiday. Amenities include a lovely rooftop infinity pool.

Super nice hotel, I’ve stayed here for three times now. Excellent location, clean and modern rooms, helpful staff. There are also plenty of local restaurants to eat just a few seconds walk away- including the famous Ministry of Crab, which was voted as one of the Top 50 Restaurants in Asia. 👍

Great place near Colombo Fort. Friendly staff clean room. Nearby some good cafes and restaurants. Everything is in walking distance. We only stayed a short night. Mainly due to taking the very early train to Galle hence the location importance.

The location of the hotel is fantastic! Cleanliness is good, room is amazing too. Everything was good except wifi was extremely slow and room amenities like kettle, coffee/tea was not available. Other than that, it was a very comfortable stay.

A great location and quite comfortable rooms - very soft bed and pillows and good shower.The room (404) is quite dark and has a large painted concrete wall along one side which is very ugly. No curtain or anything to screen it as shown in the booking picture. The room was also advertised as Bay View - not sure why as the small window looked straight into the neighbours' apartment block - no privacy. When I asked about it the staff member said ' but we have no bay views.' False advertising - see photo of room booking. Breakfast was ok but the hot food was only lukewarm at best. Coffee was excellent. Overall the location made it a good place to stay - the street was lively with a couple of fun bars, the very good Ministry of Crab restaurant, street art and music.

An excellent stay, room had all the required amenities and was cleaned daily.  Breakfast was good, it changed a little each day. All hotel staff were warm and friendly, special thanks to the caring reception staff who assisted with my taxi bookings and restaurant booking issues.

The hotel and room is clean. The location is nearby restaurants and cafes. Easy to transport. Breakfast is a lil too few.

Very centrally located, within walking distance of all the main sights of the city. A beautiful hotel, staff members were friendly and supportive.

A very clean hotel and the service is nice. It's in a very convenient location, but the whole neighbourhood is very noisy. It's not a complaint towards the hotel. If you want a quiet night, you should not choose this area. The whole neighbourhood was filled with loud music until past midnight... The morning time was very quiet. It had a nice roof top where I could feel a nice breeze and watch the locals from the nice distance.

The room was clean and included amenities considered standard for a typical 4 star hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel conveniently located for my trip. Restaurants and cafes nearby. Would definitely send a friend there

Lovely hotel with a viewpoint over the whole city. The beds are unbelievably soft and I want to take them home with me. Just be cautious of the tuktuk drivers in the area as they try to scam you with all sorts of stories. Ignore them.
