Bad managers My boyfriend couldn't get out of bed. He had a leg injury and needed a massage to loosen the muscles. So I called my friend to come to the hotel and ask her to help massage my boyfriend because I didn't know how to massage. After we finished, we went down from the room and I was going to send my friend off. But the manager used a bad tone to talk to his subordinates. And when I came down, he started talking loudly and rudely to me. He used bad words and gestures with me and threatened me. He said he didn't want to talk to me, he wanted to talk to my boyfriend. So I asked him back, why can't talk with me? This is my room too. He said no and said that if I want to check out, he said can to check out immediately. This is the first time that I have received such bad service from this hotel. He shouldn't be the manager if he doesn't know how to negotiate with customers and can't control his temper. I'm a customer. I pay money. I didn't come to stay for free. He has no right to stand here and curse at me, be loud, and chase me out of the hotel because the time is now 12.00 am. I want to said bad word more but can’t do it can say only very very very badguy

I enjoyed my stay there in colombo. The room is clean, comfy, and nice location.

Very convenient location. Plenty of restaurants near by. Good breakfast included. The staff are so friendly and attentive. Perfect for a short stay in Colombo.

The room is clean and spacious. My king bed was just combined to twin beds. On my first night the internet was out half of the day. Breakfast was so-so
