It is not very clean. The hair is not mine…

Its my first time in Paris and definitely love this hotel! Its a new hotel. Everything is clean and nice. My room has a balcony, just that the view is a construction of a probably new hotel or appartment but thats ok bcos the room quality matters more to me. Toilet are clean too. Metro is quite a distance but there are few bus stop that is about 2 to 3 mins walking, so just use google map to navigate yr way, pretty simple. There is also a self service laundry on level 9. About 4 euro for washing machine n 2 euro for dryer. Pls bring own detergent/pods. PLEASE TAKE NOTE. If using google map, do note use 1 Allée Louise Michel as the hotel address, its wrong. I tried and also use for uber booking but ended up wrong place. Just search the hotel's full name in google map and it will be correct.

Location is a bit far but room is quiet and clean.

The location of the hotel is around 30 mins walk to the nearest metro or $12 Euro uber. It was unfortunately some smelly in the washroom and during our 3 nights stay, the access card was not successful to get into the room in the last night. The overall experience was not pleasant!

The staff was friendly, it’s not a bad location but I have had a few issues including: - they clean your every 4 days which is really not hygienic. - parking charges are not mentioned during booking. - I forgot my watch in the room but when I called them to save it for me they said there is no watch in the room. I know for sure I left my watch in the room although the cleaners may have taken the watch.

Brand new hotel so rooms and everything are very nice new and clean. But the best part of my stay here was the staff. They were extremely helpful to me with organizing taxis, helping me learn how to use the controls in the room.

Receptionist Lady was very welcoming and she was very respectful. The room is very clean anf very cozy. But the lady waiter on the restaurant that night of out check in was a little bit rude. Although we understand that she was alone that time and had a lot of things to do, which we are not aware of until she it said to us. The story behind is that we try her to ask about the menu because it was all written in French and we do not understand. I Believe it was normal to ask about the menu and what can they recommend. She bluntly said „ use google translate and check it there, i have no time to explain, a I am alone tonight and let me know if you are really ready to order“.

Avoid avoid , Thats a scam , becarful when they ask you for a deposit, once you leave they will claim false charges, in my case they said there was a ciggerate smell, to charge me 68 euros, that's a lie and scam... never again will book there. AVOIIIIID

Nice big rooms. Lobby space was nice. Sauna was very nice. Breakfast was poor. Checkin took a long time and admin mistake which got corrected at check out. Asked for a towel which was not available in the evening but come in the morning.

Great location, fantastic service. The car park will be better if the hotel can install a buzzer close to the gate so drivers won’t get off their car. Overall beautiful experience, highly recommended, and hope the price will remain the same. Great!!!!!

Room didn’t get cleaned for five days and they said it’s their policy.

The people at the counter is very friendly and nice. Hope to travel to Paris again and book back the same hotel.

Hotel was small, but nice; you’re getting what you’re paying for
