It was great experience by staying there, central heart located with friendly and caring staff. I am really satisfied with the services instead no slippers in bathroom😩

Good location in the shopping district of the city center. 10 minutes to the train station. 5 minutes walk to the cathedral or the Rhine. Courteous, friendly staff. ROOMS, reception and restaurant recently modernized. Attractive design. But facilities are rather basic. No fridge, no kettle in the room. Old-fashioned door with a key. The room overall is very small. The bed is good for sleeping. The breakfast is attractively presented. Highlight: the fresh waffles.

Very small room, but the location is great, everything is nearby

The hotel costing more than 1,300 yuan is very, very not worth it. It is too small, too broken, and the windows are a little leaky. The room has no air conditioning, no water heater, no water cup, and no bottled water. Even the television is from the last century.

On the whole, the breakfast is not rich enough, the room facilities are simple, and the hygiene is average.

酒店地理位置很好，距離火車站七八百米，會穿過一條步行街，工作人員也很好，不過不知道為什麼信用卡刷不出城市費，但在步行街的餐館信用卡可以用！
