All okay - busy but quiet over the 4 days so all ok. There for family so not much to report on local things to do, though visited the Otways waterfalls and local lake drives and old places I grew up!

The stay was really great. Close to shops. Unfortunately hot water in the morning was limited but otherwise all was very good.

Although Colac Mid City Motor Inn is 70km away from Apollo Bay and takes about an hour to drive, it is very cost-effective, the room is very clean, and the location in Colac is very convenient, with a Coles supermarket and a gas station nearby.

Overall it's pretty good. In a small town, because we arrived late, we contacted the hotel in advance and left the keys for us. The room was large, with a microwave and toaster, and there were fast food restaurants nearby, which was quite convenient.
