Dont let the exterior of the hotel deceive you. The interior of the room that we stayed in looks freshly renovated. It was nice and comfortable. Would love to stay there again if we visit coffs harbour

Very comfortable stay. Bed was a little old and tired but still managed to sleep like a baby before my early morning departure. Great staff interaction as well. Would stay again with no hesitation.

Clean and good location

We stopped over for one night on the way to Gold Coast and booked a Studio room, which was new and big. It was very convenient to go to the town center, better than some nearby motels. The food in the town was closed on National Day.

The soundproofing in the room is so poor that I could hear the sound of toilets flushing all over the building all night long!

No one will be there to receive you after 9pm. The key is in the box at the door. The service awareness of foreigners during working hours is really not as good as that in China. It's just a one night stay while driving.

The room is clean and tidy, the surrounding facilities are complete and parking is convenient.

The room is large and the bedding is very comfortable. Hygiene is also good. The triple apartment is a small independent villa with a large balcony and a garage. Fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, it is very suitable for a family trip. Service: The front desk was very enthusiastic and patient. Check-in went smoothly. When checking out, they saw me sitting in the lobby and asked me if I wanted a cup of coffee.
