This hotel was really bad. Avoid this ruin hotel. Booked two rooms, but one of them super really bad. In general the room was very bad. Dirty linens, dirty sink and toilet, no safety door lock, no coffee maker, no safety box, no slippers, no towels at the time checked in (can’t get shower on first night out of 3 nights), get the towels the next day on the front desk, leaking room, moles on bathroom, part of the ceiling almost falling. Lift access open for guests and public without needing tab the room card. No security Front desk was not proactive to replace or upgrade one of my rooms.

This hotel is very dirty! Dirty linen, dirty floors, smells so bad. And *******! Cautions!! Towels full of dirty spots, normal pillow is white but this u have Greyish pillow and blankets. 12.00 am someone knocked at the window and so on.. trapped by cheap price 😩

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to public transport and local attractions, which made exploring the area easy. However, the surroundings were a bit noisy, and I could hear traffic from my room at night. The staff were polite and helpful, but service could have been quicker, especially during check-in. It took longer than expected, and there was some confusion about my booking. Once sorted, the staff did their best to make up for the delay. The room was clean but quite basic. The bed was comfortable enough, though the furniture and decor felt outdated. I also noticed that the bathroom needed better upkeep, with some worn fixtures that could use replacing. The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of options, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It would have been nice to see more fresh choices and better coffee. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were functional but nothing special. The pool area could use more seating, and the gym equipment seemed a bit old. In summary, it offers a fair experience for the price, but with a few upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily improve. It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.

The location near shopping center. Staff very friendly

There is no water heater to make hot drinks available. There is no wifi connection even though there is a wifi logo and the password is given. Front desk staff friendly, Parking staff are also friendly and helpful. Parking is available for guests. Room cleanliness is not very satisfactory

Overall the service was good but the WiFi was very bad, in the rooms, difficult to get wifi connection

Went to Bandung for a wedding, but it turned out the event was until the evening.. because my husband was tired, he had to rest.. tried to find a hotel that was just for sleeping.. oh, it turned out I got a stay at Promenade, besides the fast and friendly service, it was also close to the souvenir shopping center in Cihampelas.. wow, it turned out to be fun. Thank you Promenade..
