The four seasons still have nothing to say to my satisfaction. The bedding is very comfortable, the overall environment is very good, and the service attitude is very good. There is room service twice a day. There is a place for spa and manicure on the ground floor. You can choose to park by others (Valet parking, more than 30 dollars a night), you can also park at the Mandalay Bay Hotel (free). The hotel can live under 21 years old, this time it is Christmas, there are Christmas tree and Santa Claus! It is in the same building as the Mandalay Bay Hotel. Below the 37th floor is the Mandalay Hotel, and above the 37th floor is the Four Seasons. It has a separate entrance and elevator. You can use all the facilities of the Mandalay Hotel or go to the Mandalay Hotel. Casino play. There is a sense of quietness in the middle of the noisy as a whole, and there is still a quiet and fresh place to live in a city like Las Vegas. The location of the hotel is not on the Las Vegas Strip. People who don’t drive by themselves need to take a taxi, but Las Vegas is really small. A few minutes. Most hotels in Las Vegas charge an additional resort fee of about $30 a day. Except for some express hotels, almost all casino hotels and luxury hotels charge it. Overall this stay experience was really great!

From the moment I stepped out of my car the experience was 100% top notch. Employees are pleasant, helpful, smile, and simply made the difference in my stay. I didn’t want to leave it was that good. The staff was awesome, food was great, room was beautiful and the employees love working there. I asked a few and they all said they love working there. Wow!! Love to hear this! I love this place and have shared this experience with family. Now my family wants to experience this hotel when they return to Vegas! Job well done to the entire team. Every leader from the most Senior level to the front line employee should be commended for the awesome culture you have at this hotel. Thank you for making a difference.

We checked in a bit late and Melissa helped with our check in. She was not very friendly. We asked about parking she said it will be automatically activated the day after so we had to use self parking on that day which was a bit away from the hotel. The day after, we asked the concierge and the other staff said the parking access was not activated and gave 2 new room keys with the parking access activated. Which meant, it could have been activated upon check in, when we first got our room key!! It was very frustrating. Other than that, the room was very clean and spacious! We enjoyed our stay :) For those who will bring the car, ask the staff to activate the parking access when you check in!!

The hotel is still very new and the environment is very good. However, after checking in on time, I had to wait for almost 3 hours to get the room. Before checking out, I communicated with the front desk several times before being allowed to delay the stay for two hours. The service needs to be improved!

Loved this hotel and all it had to offer. The room was spacious and we had a great view of the fountains. Loved the location-there were walkways and trams to other places on the strip. Seeing the O show was a bonus!

After staying at Encore, I don’t think I can stay anywhere else! I’ve been going to Vegas since I was 5 years old and have seen the drastic changes the city has gone through for the past 4 decades. I’ve stayed at every hotel on the ***** and somehow had avoided Encore until this stay because I thought the location was a bit away from the center of the *****. However, Encore is now my favorite hotel in Las Vegas. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a nice view of the Sphere. I could check everything from the tablet in the room and make reservations in a few min. You can do everything within Wynn/Encore. It’s not crazy packed like Bellagio with non-staying guests coming in and out. Its a more private a**osphere with guests staying at the hotel and mostly classy people. Everything inside is built with precision and convenience for guests to jump in and jump out of the rooms for a comfortable stay. Whether it’s going to the pool, playing games, dining, walking to Wynn, betting on the sports book - everything was super convenient. For me, how we spend quality time is more valuable than money we might win. I will stay here again on my next visit.

We definitely like the room it was comfortable the bed is very comfortable. The tub was amazing, you got to try the tub. FULL kitchen very home away from home. Didn't get to go out as much as we wanted but we got another room same place for another week so we can get to see and do some things. But all in all it was a nice experience Thank you Nicholas! This hotel was extremely expensive. $400/nite for our room over Labor Day Weekend. Our room was a queen double as we had 3 people staying, although towels were not supplied for 3 and we had to ask each day. We immediately noticed an odor when we entered our room which came from the carpet. The air circulation is very poor as it is located only on one corner of the room and aimed to blow only across that end of the room. No ventilation in the bathroom. For the price of the room you would think you would have a refrigerator and microwave but you don't. The only refrigerator was stocked with their items for sale and you were not allowed to use it for personal items. This meant you had to toss any leftover food from meals you purchased which were very expensive to begin with. At the pool, there were very few lounge chairs in the shade and no umbrellas available. It was over 100 each day so we could not spend much time there. Other than the pool, the only activity was gambling. The food courts also close early so the only option is one restaurant that is very limited in what you can order. Overall, I would rather be anywhere else than at this hotel or any of them in this area. Not very customer friendly at all.

Overall is good for this hotel.  Reception: the male staff is nice but he didn’t beg bugs as we are worry about it.  He called to housekeeping and ask for it.  Finally, we got the room and everything is fine. For Car park/valet service: the valet staff said it’s same price with self parking. Finally it was poor on his approach.  Self packing is $18 per overnight (1 day). Valet is $40 per overnight. Anyway, Valet area is more safety, if you wanna keep safety, I recommend it. Only the staff approach is poor.  For room: excellent bedroom even though the Boulevard is little bit old wing. The size is good. The view we can see Paris hotel 😂 nice.  For house keeping: it’s not good for the lady on house keeping, around 09xx, she entered the ring and check any people is checked in . Don’t know why she didn’t know the room has people. So annoying.  The cleanliness: very good I can say. Suitable for people to pay higher price for recommendation.
