keep up the good work, keep the place as clean as possible as is, it's neat, the food was good and reasonable

I ordered dinner every night during my stay, but the food was terrible for my taste buds. One night after I couldn't eat the meal that was served, I ordered and N alternative meal, but, sadly it was equally bad and I couldn't enjoy it,

Beautiful views and easily accessible to all the things to see in the area. Would recommend for a stopover or short stay. Staff very friendly. Buffet breakfast excellent, dinner menu not too big you battle to choose. On the whole the food was good but unfortunately my hake mornay was a bit dry. Down side, you have to be 1.66mt tall to hang up any clothes and to reach the extra soap etc placed on the far side of an enormous bath. No handrails in the shower for the elderly. They do cater for children with extra beds and cots in your room.

Our stay at Mont d'Or exceeded ALL expectations. The couples Spa Treatment was the cherry on an extremely tasty cake for us. We WILL be back for another stay and some more spoiling. Can highly recommend

I enjoyed my stay at Mont d’Or Clarens, the service is great, the establishment is well kept and the view of the mountains is amazing!

Poor WiFi service, smelly rooms, warm water issues or no water at all. They tried to rectify the issues but it should've been sorted out before arrival, especially considering this is a 4 star hotel.

The room are very spacious and well decorated. The view is amazing and it is very close to the town centre.

Great property, the staff is awesome and so caring. The rooms feel like home with a touch of elegance and warmth. The food was GREAT, did I mention the warmth of the staff. I will definitely be coming back in the near future!

Staff are very friendly, breakfast delicious and lots to choose from. Shower not so good, open shower and water all over the place. View breathtaking!! Clarens break away did us good!!

Excellent hotel with good facilities. Staff very friendly and goes over and above. Excellent rooms, lovely views, delicious meals. I really enjoyed my stay. Truly a great experience. I will definitely return soon. Thanks to the lovely receptionist and the catering staff

This establishment is old but very refined. The views are wonderful and the ambience is great. The Staff were amazing and could not do enough for us. We had dinner and breakfast and both meals were excellent. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. I will most certainly stay again. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our short stay very much. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Dinner was delicious, breakfast was good. Rooms were beautiful and very comfortable.

Room was comfortable, was easy to stay warm with the Aircon and electric blankets available. The view is beautiful, and the staff were friendly. Mont d’or is situated at the very outward point of Clarens, so you do need to drive into town- not problematic, but something to be aware of.
