The newly opened hotel in Hangzhou Bay has an excellent location, very close to Century Golden Resources, quiet in the bustling city, and there are large supermarkets and many newly opened restaurants around the hotel, which is extremely convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. The hotel's front desk customer service was patient and meticulous, and took the initiative to help me when I saw that I was carrying an elderly person with difficulty walking. The room had no odor, the bedding was comfortable, the view was wide, the facilities were clean and hygienic, and the room service was also very thoughtful and enthusiastic. It is a good choice for family travel.

Advantages: larger rooms, various breakfast options, swimming pool, convenient parking, polite service, favorable price, no price increase during the Mid-Autumn Festival Disadvantages: The location is remote and there are major car dealerships nearby. It costs 20 yuan to take a taxi into the city to eat, which is inconvenient. The facilities are relatively old. The nozzle at the top of the shower is clogged with scale. The water flow is weak and the flushing is not smooth. We hope to improve it.

The room was very new and very clean. At the beginning, the 5th floor was facing the equipment platform, a bit noisy, and it was changed to the 8th floor. Welcome fruit was also sent. In addition to the USB charging port, there is wireless charging. The lychee black tea in the room is delicious. There is troublesome fresh stewed coffee in the lobby. There is self-service laundry on the 2nd floor. The dryer is commercial, especially large and the power is high. Drying clothes in 30 minutes. 1 hour less than the civilian. The chicken soup for breakfast is also delicious. Breakfast is Chinese and Western, very rich. Downstairs is a dining street, eating is very convenient. The only fly in the ointment is that the French sticks for breakfast are hard inside and outside, and may not be very fresh.

The hotel was clean and the rooms had plenty of space for us to stretch out. Xiao Peng at the front desk was extremely helpful. She remembered us from the first night at check in and had our room numbers memorized so she made it super simple to request our breakfast vouchers and an extra key card. She was also kind enough to give us some additional bottled water when we were checking out as she knew we had another long journey ahead of us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The breakfast was good - plenty of food choices to select from. The guest laundry was very useful, not only was it free they provide detergent as well. We were on the top floor (fifth floor) - no issue with noise from the hallway or outside. We were there when it was particularly hot in the region but the air conditioner worked well and we didn’t have any issues keeping the room cool. The only thing that surprised us was that the hallways weren’t air conditioned, nor was the gym, so just keep that in mind if you decide to utilize the fitness room.
