It is quite difficult to rate this resort (I booked it as a 4* accommodation advertised on one of the online travel marketplaces). Pros: - beautiful (really wonderful) garden area - nicely decorated room - great coffee/cacao/juices in the restaurant - good breakfast Cons : - extremely noisy (no soundproofing and extremely loud music in the garden; including miserable karaoke) - we stayed there 3 nights and there was a private party organized by this resort each afternoon/evening/night so it was not possible to relax at all - there were some construction works starting in the morning (till afternoon) in the restaurant area - the food in the restaurant (from menu) was not tasty at all (the worst we had in Vietnam to be honest) and it was quite expensive - the staff did not speak English and it was really hard to communicate with them Maybe the hotel is great if you go there to take part in e.g. a wedding. For relaxing it is definitely not a great place and I would not recommend it.

Clean room, lovely staff, location is in convenient area to visit the coffee museum. But it seems that I went at this time and still repairing, so the sound of crowing and buzzing all day, can't relax or at least sleep.

I was in Buon Ma Thuot for bussiness trip to visit Coffee Festival and meet new suppliers, and I can recomend this hotel, if you go for bussiness or vacation to Buon Ma Thuot. Dakruco - is the best place to enjoy your trip in Buon Ma Thuot, very comfortable rooms, central location, very friendly, hard working and helpful staff, speak very well English, take care for customers very good. I am very happy that choose Dakruco. Especially I want to mention very spacious rooms, with windows and nice balcony, excellent clean, and territory arround the hotel with different kind of flovers and flovering trees. Tôi thích ở đây, không gian có nhiều cây xanh nên cảm thấy trong lành mát mẻ. Chủ nhà thân thiện và chu đáo cực, phòng sạch, siêu thoáng luôn, tiện nghi nữa. Cần cái gì cũng có mà giá thì không quá đắt. Ở đây thoải mái, có dịp sẽ quay lại ủng hộ

New generation of hotels where everything is connected and everything is done via tablet and wifi, disoriented at first but won over by the comfort of the system. The hotel is not far from the heart of the city, and everything is nearby. Checkin on the 2nd floor of the building where the entrance is a bank branch. The reception also serves as a large bar room, lounge, games room, film projection room, kitchen area and automatic laundry room. The bedrooms are above. Well designed room, seeming small at first, but ultimately comfortable. No kettle or fridge, this is done at reception. Toilet and shower room capsule with perfect flow. Put the Sojo hotels application in your phone, and everything is remote controlled: blinds, lights, TV, air conditioning, it's absolutely brilliant, everything is controlled lying on your bed. Possibility of 3 atmospheres in the room, including that of party time where your bathroom flashes like a discotheque with multiple colors. Very fun, but also practical: raising blinds, controlling light and air conditioning. In short, very classy! The same goes for TV. Buffet breakfast in principle when the hotel is full, otherwise a la carte but unlimited and it's correct (always this bad coffee in the Vietnamese capital of the best Robusta in the world!) You can have real butter and jam on sandwich bread, and not just the savory Vietnamese breakfast. In short, my stay was innovative, cool, and not sure I wanted to return to a classic hotel after that. I recommend it, especially since the price is the best: €26/night from June 21!
