The air conditioner only has cold air and no hot air. There is no phone number to contact the front desk in the room. If you have any questions, you need to come down and find the front desk yourself. The legs of the table in the room are bad, the hand sanitizer bottle is bad, the toilet paper is not, it is the smallest napkin. The sound insulation is also very poor. The most outrageous thing is that this morning I went out to pick up something. When I came back, the woman who didn't have any hotel staff logo on her was open my door and pointed to the inside and chatted. I asked them what they were doing and told me to see if the people inside were leaving. It's really amazing.

The waiter said indifferently, ”they have no bathroom.” Excuse me, the hotel management staff, do you usually not go to the bathroom? Your humanistic service has damaged the image of Linxia!

GGuest UserThe hotel feels far away from the main city, and is located in the new area. Parking is more convenient, and it is in the courtyard behind the hotel. Half an hour after the reservation was made, the store contacted them and said that there was no room available and they could not arrange check-in. They asked to cancel the order, but it was almost time to arrive. The store was very late; after repeated negotiations at the store, we were able to arrange a room with a double bed! Suggestion: It is understandable that there are more guests during holidays, but since the online booking platform is launched, the rules should be followed. In the early stage of successful booking and payment by customers, if it is not the customer's fault, the store should take the initiative to strengthen coordination and management, and cannot say ”There is no room anymore” , cancel the order” makes customers negotiate again and again!
