Hotel is quite old and dated, high time to refurbish or renovate entirely. Breakfast is just ok.

We booked of Junior Villa . The room is 622. And we never expected that the villa was too old. No phone in the villa which make everythings difficult to call for room service, reception etc. We have to go to front office for everythings and its too far from the villa. The bathroom was very dirty. And the villa full of dust. No stop contact in the room and only to charge handphone was very difficult because the stop contact was limited in the villa. We are fully not recommended for this junior villa no 622.  And guess what the room of 622 isn't on the MAP... Seems that the villa was not to sell.  But because its peak season (we stayed 27 dec) and all villa was fully occupied. I already complaint for this issue and handle by the spv name Marisa, and hope from the hotel will contact me for their bad service Thank you

The check in not really smooth, only one person at front desk, waiting about 10-15 minutes for service, have to pay extra to upgrade the room, since the room does not have bathtub as pictured, but she is nice to let us upgrade. The room is dirty and smells, bathroom has mold, and we can hear noise from the other bedroom. The 2 free drink bottles unsealed and looks like someone already open them. The Restaurant is okay, the food acceptable, although my husband get cool soup and we have to asked the waiter to make it hot. The only best food we like is Pisang goreng. The Pool at NANGKA is not clean, so we decided to get to the private tub, and we have to pay for Rp.60K/each.

The room was clean enough but not tidy, limited power outlets, friendly staff, very warm pool, didn't have time to go to tourist attractions because of the rain

For the pool, maybe we need to add more because it's really full, even though it's 3am, it's still busy.

First impression: Service is quite good, hotel facilities are good For the hot springs, I really like the many interesting and satisfying spot areas, for breakfast, the food is also delicious and there are many menu choices that are very satisfying, Just a note: why is there an additional charge for children aged 7 years at breakfast, that's all, I have never experienced it in several other hotels, but the rest is satisfying and I will definitely visit again Thank you

after not being here for a long time, it turns out that there have been many changes. it has become better and more neatly arranged. the air is still cold at night. the hot water pool has changed a lot, it is better arranged. I like the nangka pool the most, because it is in the same place as the kimanis restaurant and is very close to the hotel. the other one is a bit further away, but the pool is bigger and more private. not as crowded and not as crowded as the kimanis restaurant oh yeah, what made it a surprise, the minibar drinks in the refrigerator were given for free. really good. rarely do hotels like that. the value or plus points are very pronounced. even though the value of the drinks is only around 20 thousand or 25 thousand in total, but the sincerity makes consumers happy. thanks sariater 😍😍😍

Everything is ok, except that room no. 289 has a smelly bathroom. The rest is very good, and I happen to often staycation there too.
