We had a great stay at Walling, the location is superb and the room is nice and comfortable and clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful from check in to check out. Particularly staff no. 5, 6, 11. The location is really great, walking distance to Hongyadong, Jiefangbei, Daijiaxiang… and not forgetting the nice noodles for breakfast everyday. Chongqing is known for their 小面, and the noodle restaurant in the hotel serves nice noodles!

I booked this hotel in Chongqing at the last minute, and I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable rate and the great experience I had! The service was excellent, and the room provided was clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the metro station and surrounded by many shopping malls. It’s also within walking distance of popular attractions like Hongyadong and Jiefangbei, which made exploring the city so convenient. What’s more, there are plenty of supper spots right downstairs, making it easy to grab a late-night bite. We had a wonderful 3D/2N stay at the Roosevelt Service Apartment in Chongqing. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, especially Yang, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Yang’s hospitality was truly exceptional and set the tone for our stay. The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The interiors were modern yet cozy, and the attention to detail in the design made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect for exploring Chongqing, with easy access to key attractions and transportation. Despite its central location, the apartment offered a quiet and peaceful retreat from the bustling city. Overall, the exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend Roosevelt Service Apartment to anyone visiting Chongqing and extend our gratitude to Yang for making our experience even more special!

Perfectly located near the hot spots of chongqing - kuixing lou, hongya cave and the art gallery. They are all walking distance. A lot of food in the area too, you don’t have to walk to bayi road all the time to get food, though it’s near by as well Staffs are friendly and very helpful. We communicate via WeChat mainly and they are always able to help me with all my requests and inquiries. Super team. Will definitely stay back again if I am in chongqing Tips: when I book, I didn’t notice there are rooms that is facing the river view. The view looks really great. Worth paying more for that.

The hotel photos don’t lie, the room is truly incredible. We are three friends who decided to visit several cities for the Christmas holidays, and this hotel is by far the best one we’ve stayed at. I’d like to particularly praise the staff, from the housekeeping team to the reception. A big thank you to the housekeeping staff, whose excellence in their work and kindness made our stay very pleasant. Your positivity was greatly appreciated! I also want to extend my gratitude to the reception staff for their kindness and professionalism. Their quick response times and ability to handle requests were outstanding. I felt well-supported throughout my stay. We even lost a bag at the hotel, and the reception team went above and beyond to help us, exploring every possible lead with us. A big thank you for your professionalism ! For anyone looking to explore Chongqing while staying in a central location close to everything, this is the perfect hotel !

Looks luxurious however the room is not sound proof. We had trouble sleeping at night. Can hear people talking and TV on from the next room. The towels upon check in was NOT clean. It had poo stains. The jacuzzi bathtub in the room did not work… l After few complaints, the staff gave us free breakfast in last night and some biscuits… on the positive side this hotel is very convenient to Main Street where all the food and shopping is at.

I had a wonderful stay at this modern hipster super nice hotel located just a block on the same side facing the river & beautifully lighted up QianSiMen bridge, popular touristy HONGYA DONG! The room is large and mine had a projector TV with various movies you can pick from. The bathroom & toilet are separated, vanity counter on outside. Breakfast from morning till 1PM at corner facing nice view of the river & bridge. The staffs are efficient knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Miss 归零 was very sweet & friendly answering all our questions politely. We took taxi to Railway Stn walking across the road, journey only 40min.

The overall experience was good and I extreme impressed by the staff called Xiao Ru. She has been welcoming us with warmth and care from the first day we arrived Travelling with kids was always challenging but Xiao Ru has provided excellent service and patience for our queries. She has been kind enough to follow up if we need any further assistance on a daily basis. We had an early travel plan and she ensured her colleagues in another shift sending fruit to us every day after her shift. Additionally, she assisted the laundry pick up from our room and ready before our return to the room. Since we were on a night flight, a complimentary late check out was really helpful to ease out hassle. The breakfast was pretty good with a variety of options and the location was superb too. We'll definitely consider Mercure for our next visit!

I loved this hotel - the location is excellent to wherever you need to sightsee in Chong Qing city. The staff are very helpful & always happy to serve you The rooms are self contained & have stove, washing machine TV microwave. The view from the apartment is 180 degrees panoramic & is one of the best views.
