This is indeed caused by our negligence in the room inspection. Our hotel is currently undergoing upgrading and renovation. In order to give back to new and old customers, we are also opening a stove to make tea in our back garden. We will definitely not let you down for your valuable suggestions. Please give us a chance. I hope you will not lose confidence in our hotel because of the negligence of an employee. Our hotel is located in the Ranjiaba business district, with a good surrounding environment. There is a large Aeronghuicheng shopping plaza next to it, which has everything you need for eating, drinking and having fun, including Hema Fresh, New Century Supermarket, cinema and food street, which is very convenient. You are welcome to come back to supervise us at any time and give us a chance to correct it. All the staff of Yibis Hotel wish you and your family good health and all the best! Response from Property: 尊敬的賓客，感謝您對酒店的點評！對於您在酒店入住期間的經歷，我們深表遺憾。您的寶貴意見對我們非常重要，我們會將意見告知相關部門以提高服務質量。關於酒店的設施我們也在積極的改善，現酒店已經對房間做出了升級計劃，我們正在考察的窗户都採用多層隔音玻璃，所有外側房間都投放了香氛機，不但可以保濕，而且還可以助眠。 關於您説的按金問題，我們是所有客人都會收取的，為了讓客人穿着更舒適我們都投用的環保拖鞋，鞋底更防滑而且質量也比一次性拖鞋好很多。對於按金退的晚的問題，我們全天房都是統一在14:00後統一退的，您的房間我們查看了是在2個小時就退您按金的。給您帶來不好的入住體驗非常抱歉，祝您生活愉快！
