Beautiful room,clean & comfort.Near to Wanda Plaza & subway station.This is my 3rd time been here & will come again.

Good location and neat to LRT station and supermarket. However if the morning breakfast could improve by providing halal food for muslim.

Overall experience is good. The hotel is very clean and facilities are smart and modern. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They solve issues efficiently and effectively, even at midnight. Breakfast is very good. The downside is the towels are very old, looking unclean. After checking in, the first thing is buying a new towel. Stay there 4 nights, the towels didn't changed once.

When you go to Banan District, stay at Shangge Garden Hotel. It is comfortable, safe, and the service, environment, and breakfast are all the best. It's great.

While dining, you will feel the coziness and comfort of being surrounded by the garden scenery, which is worth savoring. I am from the south, from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. I can eat spicy food but not too spicy. So during the few days I came to Chongqing, I basically ate barbecue, grilled fish, Cantonese cuisine and Thai food. In addition, I brought my two children with me, so I basically No luck with hotpot. The hotel thoughtfully prepared two kinds of breakfast. The red oil Chongqing noodles will whet your taste buds, and the corn and sweet potato soy milk is suitable for the taste of southerners. The breakfast is very rich. Because it was summer, the clothes I brought with me were very smelly due to sweating, and I didn't want to stuff them in the suitcase. The hotel staff would wash, dry, fold and deliver them to me. The service was good and the attitude was great! It really made the customers feel at home!
