Room is big, clean and as per desc

A place near to Hongyadong and nice river view with Ascot hotel nearby and enjoy the market. Breakfast is amazing. Restaurant nearby

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast was delicious. Its proximity to Chaotianmen Station, Exit 1, and Raffles City made exploring the city effortless. A minor inconvenience was the temporary maintenance of one elevator, which slightly increased wait times. Despite this, the overall experience was outstanding, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

I was really impressed with Lilian who is in the front office. She went extra miles to assist me on every issue. Thumbs up to Lilian! She takes pride in her work. Really appreciate her effort. Hotel room is good in terms of space and cleanliness. Nice balcony too. Very convenient to all the eateries and walking distance to tourist spots. Best of all, it’s just a few steps to the subway station,Chaotianmen which connects to all parts of Chongqing. The only downside of this hotel is the horrible air conditioning system. It’s programmed to only ‘Air’ mode and cannot be adjusted to cool. It does get abit stuffy in the night. Overall this hotel is fine.

The hotel is extremely new. The pool is not yet available which is disappointing since it’s been advertised as having a pool. The elevators are shared with lower floors of the building which means the trip up and down can actually be very slow while you’re waiting. The river view is technically a river view but obstructed by several buildings. The room is clean and fixtures, fittings, linens are all nice and fresh. Overall a decent hotel for the discounted price.

Hotel is just opposite of Raflles City. Easy to find food around hotel and Raffles City mall is just opposite the hotel. Have convenient store and bubble tea shop beside the hotel. Need to take taxi to Hong Ya Dong, otherwise walk for 15-20 mins to Hong Ya Dong if you dont mind.

My room view 25th floor

Everything was nice only issue was to getting a lift to go to our Room. We need to wait for 10min sometimes. Only two lifts available and thats too busy all the time.

Breakfast is delicious and complete collection. Location is the best, very near the tourist spots and just 5 mins away from a subway which was very good.

The lift is hectic everyday need wait half hours
