Excellent room. Spacious and very clean. Breakfast was a great buffet, there's something for everyone. Receptionist was very helpful and always responded quickly. Location is great, just a few minutes walk from the Liberation Monument and there are many eateries within a minute's walk.

We really enjoyed our stay at SSAW. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to many attractions. There is also a taxi stand right at the hotel entrance which was very convenient. The room was OK, we had no complaints. The only thing I would suggest is to have some hand soap near the sink. Breakfast was good and had a nice selection. The staff couldn't speak English but are very friendly and used translation apps. We were helped by Sophia, Jake and Miki during check out. They were very sweet and made sure we were happy with our stay and gave us a farewell gift. I would recommend this hotel 👌🥰

With my family, four of us really enjoy staying in the hotel for 6 nights. The room and facilities are very new, the location is excellent and just metres away from iconic JieFangBei , plenty of shopping malls and nice food, too many choices till which to choose. Most importantly, the reception manager ( especially mentioned Kate) and room cleaners service quality is excellent. Thank you all for my family's stay a memorable and wonderful one, and I am looking forward to stay again in ChongQing.

Location is very good. We got a very high floor. Housekeeping lady who clean the 17th floor did a very good job. Front desk is all very helpful especially Serein, Lily & Vicky. Shout out to the restaurant staff who remember us during our stay. Always smiley and ready to help. TV in room is very big, all amenities is complete! We are really impressed with the hotels in China, from Beijing to Xi’an and Chongqing!! One more city to cover before we heed home! Chengdu here we come!

Very good location but the hotel is a bit old especially the lift. Staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast food variety average only.

This hotel's location is excellent, but difficult to find on Google maps because of the name of hotel in chinese. Reception staff Kate was very helpful and helped us with suggestions for places to visit. 21 floor restaurant and lounge has great views.

The room is too small can't fit large luggage. The air conditioner is central air conditioner with only hot air. The room is too hot. I have complained to the front desk and she just told me that she can't do anything about it. It's too inhumane. It needs improvement. I can only sleep with the window open at night.

Room is clean and breakfast with both western and local selections. Hotel staffs, particularly Jack & Kate are helpful. Overall better than what was expected.

It was ok. Nothing much to expect except the breakfast and supper were quite nice although with good food outside we have little space in our tummy for hotel food. Delivery of amenities were done by robot. Good n bad. Need to be fast otherwise items still inside the ROBOT  before we can take it 🤣

The hotel has the best location in Chongqing..,.tea time should have more choices...very good laundry facility.

Official check in time is 2pm but the room is not ready when I reached the hotel at around 2.30pm. Their receptionist simply told me that their cleaner is cleaning room now and they don’t even bother express apology. This is the only bad impression throughout my stays. Finally managed to check in around 4pm after my late lunch. Breakfast - good variety, got few types of fruits, got Chongqing style noodles, bread, stir fried vegetables, steamed bun, corn, egg, sweet potatoes, porridge, and different type of drinks. Breakfast start at 7am and end at 10am. Location - superb near to Linjiangmen subway station and Jiefangbei pedestrian street. You can also walk to many attactions like Hongya Cave, Daijiaxiang. Cleanliness - the corridor at my room level seems dark and carpet is very dusty. However the hygiene in the room is acceptable. They will make up your room if you put up a notice outside your room door. Other - this hotel located in a old building and sharing lift with other hotels, so waiting time for lift might take slightly longer. Overall there are 21 floors. Another good thing is they have 6 washer and 6 dryer at level 21 just behind reception counter, no need to wait if you wanna do laundry.

Location is very convenient and walking distance from Jiefangbei. you can even see it from your room. Hotel is clean and staffs are all very nice.
