Had a great stay, the location was perfect with the caves and pedestrian street a 5 minute walk away. The staff were very helpful and translated everything to English. They even gave us a free room upgrade. Highly recommend!

Hotel location super, service desk all are youngsters but very polite and helpful. They have given lots of information that helps my first time in Chongqing. Thanks a lot. The only issue is the sound proof is not good, especially when at quiet night.

Good location and customer service.

This hotel is great, my flight arrived in Chongqing at 1am, only arrived hotel 2am or 3am, but was well managed by front desk service. Hotel is well staffed and has its own lift, so you do not need to worry about much waiting. Room is spacious and clean, and the location of hotel is great - walkable distance to a lot of attraction spots, street food and shopping malls. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location near to jiefangbei and cross a road reach daijiaxiang and Hongyadong. Room clean

Staff are unfriendly. Asked for help but they are not in good attitude and manners which we does not feel good. Other than staff attitude , everything is ok

Was recommended by my friend. The best hotel i stay in China so far!! The amenities are standard and the entrance is kinda hard to access especially if you bring a lot of luggagge. But it got the best location, just a minute away from shopping and food district, also there's a bus station that can go straight to the airport right next to the hotel. I got free upgrade and the staff are SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPING!! I sent 2 big boxes of my stuff from Hangzhou a week earlier and they still keep it till i come, then help me bring it to my room. I really recommend this hotel!!

Location is excellent walking distance to all attractions, staffs are great and breakfast is good.

Good location, airport bus just stop right next to the hotel 1st floor. Breakfast is delicious. Very comfortable stay.

Breakfast spread acceptable. Not so suitable for those who prefer western style fare. They provided bread and jam but no butter knife. When we asked for breakfast to be packed, we got different responses from the reception. If you are joining a tour, the bus provided by the tour will probably not come to the hotel for pick-up service. There's an excellent Sichuan restaurant name "Jii.Chuan " just opposite the hotel. Next to the hotel are Lawson and another selling drinks etc.

Excellent, we had free upgrade room. Although the air conditioner will turn off in the middle of the night, but we decided to book for another night, due to excellent location, room and services provided.

Location is convenient, 5mins walking distance to Hong Ya Dong. Staff is friendly, and responded fast from WeChat. The room is big, clean with full amenities and strong water flow. Overall rating 5/5 Things to improve: There is only 1 lift to access to the lobby and room, while the usage is very frequent and it’s slow. Better to locate building beside instead of the hotel itself when taking DIDI, cause the map will bring you to the another side of hotel and hard to find it for the first time.

A really big downside was, that the hotel name and logo are not the same on this website and on the actual place: we weren't really sure if we were right at all and even locals couldn't help us... We went up the elevator by a lucky guess. The room was OK, but the service wasn't really good. We didn't get Toiletpaper, we only got two 0.5l bottles with water at the first day and no refills the following days and the staff at the counter was usually not that friendly when we had questions. Because there is little to no privacy in the bathrooms inside the room, it was good that there were some on the hallways. Also the laundry room was quite convenient and there were some common areas and even a little playground. All in all it was an ok stay - it wasn't even that bad, that there are no real windows in the rooms.

Convenient location, close to LinjJiangMen metro station, just a few minutes walk away. It is also convenient to nearby attractions - Jie Fang Bei , 81 food street and etc. Good service. Clean and tidy room.
