The hotel service was very attentive; the front desk staff proactively recommended local delicacies and snacks, and even gave us a small gift. The water temperature in the room was perfect. I'm so glad I chose this hotel; it was incredibly good value! The room was very clean and tidy, and I was very satisfied with everything from the bedding to the room facilities. The mattress was especially comfortable. The front desk service was also excellent, and they responded very quickly. Because I had to catch a flight the next morning, I missed the breakfast, but their service was better than many so-called chain hotels. One small suggestion: please install a shelf on the shower wall for shampoo and shower gel. Guests often bring their own shampoo, face wash, etc., which would be very convenient. I still want to give this amazing hotel a thumbs up! You can tell they put a lot of thought and effort into its management.
