地理位置很好，周邊交通也超級方便。酒店的環境非常好，早餐廳的環境也非常舒適，音樂輕柔悦耳，讓人放鬆。服務員也非常周到，特別是西餐小楊的服務讓人感到温暖，下次還會再來的。推薦！

來重慶出差找了個位置方便的酒店，價格也挺實惠。
最讓我印象深刻的是前台的小羅，晚上我和同事到酒店有些晚了，也有些疲憊，小羅熱情地打招呼我們，在辦理入住手續過程中她提醒我們兩間房訂了四份早餐，估計是我下單的時候點錯了，實際我們兩個人也就兩份早餐就行，我就問能不能衹要一份，她説可以，但是前台直接改不了，需要我聯繫攜程修改訂單，我同事就説那趕緊改改，我一想這麼晚了也懶得折騰，就説算了，小羅見狀，手裡邊給我們制卡辦手續邊説道，沒事兒，我可以幫您聯繫攜程試試，説完，就立馬拿起我手機聯繫攜程，不到2分鐘就幫我修改好了，從她溝通過程中能看出她的溝通能力，業務能力以及效率都極強。她能8第一時間站在客户角度考慮問題，耐心解決問題，感謝酒店培養出這麼優秀的員工，錢雖不多，但我心裏暖暖地。
以後不管是出差還是出來玩兒，都會選擇入住這家酒店，也會推薦身邊朋友，好的東西就得分享出來，好的品質就會有好的口碑，祝酒店生意興隆，品質越來越好！

前台小羅小姐服務態度很親和，有耐心，知道最近可能會下雨，主動提醒房間有雨傘，小細節很貼心，另外酒店位置也很好，地鐵打車都很方便，還有幾個大型商場，以後還會推薦朋友入住，性價比超級高

地理位置不錯，就在觀音橋步行街。吃的也方便，有觀音橋好吃一條街，都是重慶當地人去的。房間也很乾凈，總之不錯。
